I ordered 500 can coolers from this company and requested the print be as large as possible. I have been giving these away for over 20 years so I've used a few companies over that timeframe but this company printed them about 20% smaller than the others have. I called to question it and was then informed where there website had another page with details regarding the imprint size only being 2.5" by 2.5". The imprint template they supply shows almost the whole side available for print and there was nothing on the artwork page or anything in my ordering process that let me know the size was limited. Imprint size is very critical these are for advertising and should be front page material not hidden in the fine print. I think its very deceitful what they are doing and wish I had looked at their off website reviews first. They claim 100% satisfaction guarantee but they don't stand behind it. Look at their Yelp or BBB reviews and you can see they have major issues
Production time was quick and final product looked great.
Terrible company. Never have received my lanyards I ordered on 9/5. Was supposed to have arrived on 9/19. Still waiting for them to be shipped from the company. Have contacted customer service several times and always get a runaround. Since I didn't pay for rush shipping and chose free standard shipping they could not guarantee the 9/19 arrival date that I chose. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Required following up with customer service several times, but it all worked out in the end.
The product is great. My only disappointment in the shopping experience is you couldn't work on your design and then save it to come back later and finish. My design required approval from the organization so I had to design it, screenshot it and then redesign it again after they approved it. Being able to save the design would improve this experience. Overall though thrilled with product, received timely and price was reasonable.
