Very tough to order. I was going to go with another company, but was in a time crunch. The bands are for a birthday party out of town. So when the bands didn't show up I had to reorder them later and pay extra to get them in, in time. I actually ordered them 2 times online and then had to have a rep order them for me cuz the website didn't register the order. Even though the website said thank you for your order both times
I would recommend using this site for coozies. I'm pleased with how mine turned out for the prize they were.
This site was recommended by a friend who had used it. The order process was simple and the product was a good quality and a very reasonable price. I would use this company again.
Your customer service is less than ideal. It takes forever to get a response from you, and your comments were not helpful at all. I paid extra to have the digital mock-up, and my product doesn't look like it. Not to m mention, some of the lettering was smudged and letters were impartial. When I spoke to customer service, I was essentially told nothing could be done.

They look as expected but I'm a little disappointed in the quality. They are a bit thinner than expected, the ink is a bit less saturated in some areas, and the edges are not cut super clean. For the price, I'll take it.

Very easy ordering and proofing.
I recently bought 520 koozies that were the wrong color. I contacted customer service and requested to ship the royal blue koozies back to get navy blue instead. I was told there would be a $28 restocking fee. I agreed to it and told them to charge the same card as I purchased them in the first place. I shipped the koozies back to them for $45 and was waiting on the navy blue koozies to come. Instead of them charging me and sending them out right away they were trying to get me to refund and reorder while still taking out the $28 restocking fee. I insisted to just send me the koozies. After a week of back and forth they finally charged me the restocking fee and have shipped them out. I am still waiting on the koozies and my customer the koozies are for is very displeased. Horrible customer service!
