The only issue that I ran into with both orders were the adhesive is not tacky enough to remain on the fans. These were used at rallies outside, and with constant fanning, the handles fell off the fan. With the second order, I removed the wooden handles and added hot glue to them and that seemed to help.

Placing the order was easy. Hoping my order comes in correctly. Not crazy about the $10 fee to see what I ordered.

As expected...good quality product and arrived right on time.

The site provided easy tools that allowed me to illustrate what I wanted and the delivered product was quick and exactly what I expected.

DO NOT TRUST THE PROMISED DELIVERY DATES! I was given a delivery date of Sept. 17th so I placed my order. Sept. 18th I called to find out where my order was and they stated they shipped it to the wrong address, apologized and would have them reshipped to arrive Sept. 21st. My HUGE function was September 20th. I was VERY ANGRY that this happened and was all their fault.
