Fast, good and great customer service
I tried ordering custom can coolers but they lost my art and design and refused to give me a proof of the product to make sure they replicated my design correctly. They also failed to communicate much of this to me and I had to logon to the website to check my order status to even find out why it was held up. Would never order from them again.

I was told by Jacob in customer service that I would not be able to get the order on RUSH, therefore I put in a ticket to cancel the order. Received another alert that it would cost $53 dollars to cancel I approved this and then was told after that that the order was already in production and would not be cancelled. I'm very disappointed in my experience with this company and will not be using it again.

Well I received my order and a bunch of the product was stuck together and others were burnt. Was told I was going to receive a call by multiple people that I talked to then finally a gentleman told me it was all done online and I was never going to receive a call.
I placed an order for 100 masks and 24hourwristbands came back and said they were concerned about the logo filling in. I cancelled the original order of 100 and ordered 5 to see how they would look. Let me say that when I ordered the original 100, I wanted the logo to be on the side. When I cancelled that order and ordered the 5 masks, I did not specify side print and they printed them in the front. (can't say they were in the middle because they really aren't. See copy of actual masks for comparison) When those masks came in, the quality of print position was not acceptable (see copies of masks included in the is correspondence). I contacted 24hourwristbands and complained about them. They responded by telling me that, that is how I ordered them. 'in the middle and not on the side' I tried to explain to them several times (see copied correspondence) that yes, I had not ordered them with the logo printed on the side, but that was not what I was complaining about. I was complaining about the fact that they were very crooked and not any in one place on the mask. That the image was all over the place. 24hourwristbands keeps going back to the location of the logo, not the quality of print being so crooked and that the order does not say side. As the correspondence goes on and on and on, I keep trying to explain to them that, that the quality of the print is in question and they keep going back to the location of the print per the order. And, as time goes by, I get more and more frustrated with the fact that they won't listen to what I am saying.

Please note that for customization, artworks must be submitted with the order. If there are any issues pertaining to the artwork, a ticket will be created to notify you regarding the matter. The ticket will also send out automated calls to notify you as the order remains on hold pending artwork. You can also respond to the tickets by logging into your account.
