Bracelets look great they were advertised as fabric which I think technically they are, but they are definitely just ribbon.
The website doesn't allow for repeat purchase option. It would be great that with my order history I could have the option to hit reorder.

Quality a little less than expected.
Biggest concerns were with the 'fine print' details.
1. $15 s/h for free wristbands (didn't show on our total until after we paid for them, not before in the checkout and we thought we were getting them because our order was a large order).
2. Inside message was only embossed, but showed in proof as a gray color.
These two issues should be corrected with easy manipulation of the website, it shouldn't be in the 'fine print'. It made us feel misled in what we thought we were purchasing. Also, when we called about these two issues, the Reps. Quickly pointed out it was our fault, not misleading advertisements.
