Customer service was very helpful and patient with me while trying to get my patches exactly how I wanted them. Very satisfied.
My wristbands were ordered to print on he inside as well as the outer band. The outer band looks great! The inner band does not have the color in which I selected. Therefore the print can't be seen because my band is black as well as the coloring of the print. Customer service said that it is not printed but embossed, my problem is whether embossed or laser printed I selected the lettering to be white in color not black! Customer service was of no help at all.
Majority of my balloons had holes in them and I wish I was notified that the print was going to be so small!
