EASY TO USE-GREAT FEATURE CAN SEE MY BACK ORDERS
Cute products. Like the options and pricing.
Quality a little less than expected.
Biggest concerns were with the 'fine print' details.
1. $15 s/h for free wristbands (didn't show on our total until after we paid for them, not before in the checkout and we thought we were getting them because our order was a large order).
2. Inside message was only embossed, but showed in proof as a gray color.
These two issues should be corrected with easy manipulation of the website, it shouldn't be in the 'fine print'. It made us feel misled in what we thought we were purchasing. Also, when we called about these two issues, the Reps. Quickly pointed out it was our fault, not misleading advertisements.

Price and turnaround were good, the product itself was not. Color bleed on the edges of the design on all the coasters is easily discernible.
The overall experience -- shopping, ordering -- was decent. However, the lanyard purchasing system listed it as being "two sided" but the print was only on one side. And on almost half the lanyards the print was not consistently centered. Was rather disappointed with this order.
Website was very easy to use. Price was right and shipping couldn't be beat!
This was just too easy to order!
