I bought over $500 worth of pint glasses customized for my wedding - the proof was great and it said they were going to be laser printed. When they came, they were blurry but we didn't have time to fix the issue. After the wedding, we gave the glasses as favors and have received numerous texts letting us know that they aren't dishwasher friendly and the logo (which turned out to be a sticker - not engraved as advertised) came off completely. Do not recommend at all.
Had to go back and forth a few times on the logo colors, but got the bags on time and they look great.
Received sub par product which was pixelated. No warnings or errors came up when artwork was submitted nor did anyone reach out to say the item was printing pixelated so the issue could be fixed. Now customer service repeatedly keeps dragging its feet asking for more and more and more photos and so far, refusing to reprint. Absolutely ridiculous and at this point, I will not be using them again nor would I recommend them to anyone.

The order I received was late because of a "glitch" per their email to me, and I still had to pay for the entire product, which was useless past the date of our event. Will never use them again and I highly recommend looking elsewhere. They did refund what I paid to rush the order, but like I said, useless product now.

There was initially an issue with the size I had ordered, but 24Hour Wristbands was prompt in their communications with me, and I received the revised order in record time. Plus, I wasn't charged for the larger size since the size I had ordered was out of stock.
