We ordered these wristbands for prom favors. After looking at our options from some of the prom websites, we decided to try this website. There were tons of options for personalizing the wristbands and they were about half the price of the ones on the prom website. They came really quickly and turned out great! Very pleased with the results and will definitely use this website in the future!

Great experience
The company does things very strange! We ordered Coolies on a Wednesday or Thursday but didn't get our product visual email until Saturday with a phone call which was when we were informed current production would stop and changes would have to be charged for. Very backward thinking in my opinion. Product visual should have been approved before going into production. Beware!
My overall experience was amazing we had a slight hiccup about them not sending the tracking number but the 24hour customer care fixed my concern immediately lol and my package was at the door when I woke up
I would definitely order again.
I'm happy with the quality of the product, but very unhappy with response times to inquiries and the late shipment that meant my order arrived after I needed it (though I paid for upgraded shipping).
