Why does one product have free shipping but not the other?
You get what you pay for.
Not the best product to sell to corporate clients who prefer excellent quality.
The online buying process was very easy and I received my proof within a few days. When the product arrived it was even better than I expected and everyone LOVES them.
The initial picture I sent in was not in the correct format and they let me know via a text and phone call with plenty of time to correct it.

I really like the product. The one thing I wish is that On the web site it was made more clear about the writing on the inside. It was displayed in a different color leaving us to think we would be able to see the writing on the inside. We spent the extra $20 and then the writing is not even visible because it's the same color. Other than that, I really like the wristbands.
It was ok but delivery was much later then the date given by the website and by the UPS tracking number. Also some smudges and flipped writing on the wristbands
