The finished product was perfect. The buying experience was very confusing and unsatifsfactory. First, when I first investigated the product on your website, I was given one price and guarantee free shipping by the date I was requesting. The next day, the cost of the bracelets were higher, and there was an additional charge for a "rush order", that was a week away. When I inquired about this with customer service, the answer was, "our prices change everyday". Also, when I became aware of a 10% discount, your customer service would not honor it, because I had already placed an order. I called customer service originally because after placing the order, the price increased by $50, and they had the wrong information about my credit card. These were issues that did not present themselves until I placed the order, so I immediately called customer services. They did not want to honor the 10% discount until I threatened to cancel my order. Finally, they honored the 10% discount, which still made my cost $30 over original quote. I work for a school, and schools require quotes and purchase orders. I cannot request funds for an amount and then have you change the amount after funds have been approved. This is bad business if you are expecting to work with schools.
