My very first experience was great, which is why I returned as a customer. However, after paying for a guaranteed delivery date for my next order, the order was not delivered on time; it arrived at the very last moment of my event, which caused unnecessary stress.

Very good. The balloons are great with our logo. I would only say, it might be a little better if the logo was a little bigger, it seemed a little small once the balloon was blown up. But otherwise, we look forward to working with you again.
The wristbands turned out well but were received after the guaranteed delivery date that we paid extra for (ordered for 4/15/25 delivery but received on 4/16/25).
