The koozies showed up quick and look great as always. I've used you guys for several years now for an annual event and plan to continue up in the future.
The custom fans created by 24HourWristbands were the perfect marketing item for our large outdoor events. The online ordering process was a breeze and I was especially impressed with the security of ordering. My order was paid for by corporate and they had an additional level of verification that made our business feel more secure.
The shirts were SO thin and the imprint was basically an iron-on! I could have made these at home instead. Plus, the sizing of the women's shirts was huge.

Order 90 coolies, received them, artwork printed a little thicker than prototype that I could see, ink bleeds into other letters so some letters are connected and hard to read, most QR codes are Not readable. Spoke to Liya from Customer Service, she said she would reprint new ones with a QR code on front and the other QR code on back for Free of Charge. Liya told me to upload new artwork to do this, I had to spend time to get 2 new images made, I then uploaded those. A couple days later I'm told that they won't reprint now. Customer Service should not tell a customer they would get new reprints free of charge then tell me no. Dissapointing. I have several orders I'm still waiting on from this company. I was planning on having all merch made by them in the future but now I will take my business elsewhere. All of my orders are for an upcoming 4 day Music Festival. I need my artwork printed legible and readable and they're not. So now I will have to have them made elsewhere because I was lied to By Liya in Customer Service. I asked to speak to A Manager, Liya told me a manager would call me that afternoon, they never called. Another Lie told to me by Liya in Customer Service

I thought the print quality would be better. The package was delivered later then expected. The back are hard to remove and the print is somewhat see through.

The experience of ordering was okay. I had to call to check why I hadn't received a proof yet. Found out because I hadn't sent artwork. Good thing I called though, otherwise, there was no correspondence. I received the proof same day after I told them it was the same artwork as a previous order. I received the hats in a timely manner but it's embroidered and part of the logo that is text is hard to read as there are extra threads in too fine of detail. Also, the logo sits too high up on the hat, it's not centered.
