The ordering process was very easy! The production was slowed down by me because the proof email got lost in a flood of other emails. The only thing I think I would appreciate is a reminder email if one hasn't responded to a proof in 24 hours. Delivery was quick and the product looks great!

I've ordered these fans from a different supplier for a favorite client. They're no longer in business, so I tried you. The same design looks so much better than the originals. Everyone loves them. The fans arrived with crooked handles, and the overall quality seems to have declined compared to the ones we ordered for our event last year. That said, they're still a great value for the price. If I didn't have last year's order to compare them to, I likely wouldn't have noticed the difference. Shipping was on time always, packaged thoughtfully.

We ordered some collapsible koozies. They made it super easy to design the koozie, pick great colors that work with our brand, and place the order. We received them even before the date they quoted. Designing, ordering and delivery were great! Multiple products and all were exactly what was wanted. Large stadium cups were very nice, however, the print was not actually part of the stadium cup as it was a beautiful logo 'sticker' on the cups. Not 'printed' directly on cups as in the past, but not a deal breaker.

There are a LOT of bad reviews of this company on other websites. I'm glad I did not see them before ordering because I did not have that experience. I ordered 100 can coozies in 4 different colors with a customized design, and they came out perfect! I will say the "24Hour" is a bit of a misnomer, because the order delivery was delayed a couple times and ended up being ~10 days, but I had made the order far enough in advance (like a reasonable person would!) that it was fine. When I got worried that there was a delay (my order was "pending" for a couple of days), I filed a ticket with the company and they replied with an apology that it was delayed but that it would be on it's way soon, and then it was! The print was beautifully done, exactly as my proof looked. The variety of colors and ability to get multiple colors for the same price were excellent aspects. I suspect that the quality and follow-through of my order compared to the people who were mad was due to my selection of manufacturing in the US as opposed to China. I think it's important to have more manufacturing in the US, even though yes it does cost a bit more!
