The process was smooth, and uploading the file was easy. The quality of the print on the koozie looks nice, but it is extremely frustrating that the logo is not centered. It seems like the most obvious part of the printing process - center the graphic. If I were to order another set of koozies I would likely shop elsewhere with the assumption that my graphic would be centered.

Quick, Easy and super affordable.
I had a lot of issues in the beginning with promises made and not follow through on. Once I receive the product... I am very happy with the buttons... The keychains are almost not usable... The logo is smeared on most of them... I never received my free wristbands.
