Very hard to communicate with when you have a problem, very poor follow up, no customer satisfaction, when you reach out to them on the phone the customer service people don't know what is going on and they cant make any decisions

The promised date was April 9. On April 14, FedEx brought it to my house, but a signature was required. I did not know that a signature would be required when I ordered the wristbands. FedEx came during hours when my husband and I were at work. I had to get on the FedEx website and request a delivery to a FedEx storefront. I ended up getting the wristbands on April 15 - almost a week after the promised delivery date. I understand delivery dates can be flexible, but these almost came too late for their purpose. I specifically ordered through 24WristBands because the delivery date was better than another company. The wristbands look great. Thank you.

I was so excited to find a company that prints custom temporary tattoos. The order was easy to place and arrived timely. They looked great and were easy to apply. But, within just a minute after application, the tattoo image on the skin became fuzzy and the quality was so bad that the image was impossible to identify. And it was quite difficult to remove the tattoo off of skin. Very disappointed... waste of money. Instead of an option to email the company, I was sent this link for a review.

I've gotten koozies printed numerous times, this time the images were less than half the size. Despite the fact the print size on the website clearly says larger size. I reached out and they ignored all the evidence I provided and gave me the run around for 4 weeks. In the end basically told me to go screw myself. Used to be good, now they're in it to screw people over. Stay away. Plus if you look at their reviews you can tell how many are fake or on websites they pay to suppress negative reviews.

I ordered my pins with a rush delivery and no proof and this company delivered. I would order again.
We ordered 300 cups imprinted for National Library Week. About 10 of the cups were damaged upon receipt. They were randomly spaced so it's not like they were the bottom of the box. The hardest part was getting the stacks of cups apart, as they had individual pieces of plastic between each cup. Overall I was pleased. And so were our patrons with their token.
Only one update and keeps saying on hold. And still waiting. Which this is a first after I just spent 300$ almost on my last order that was great.

Only buy the plastic cups, if you do not care if they last. After 4 months, the cups were garbage and the logos were all washed off.
I ordered these stickers and was given an estimated delivery date of March 12. I understand it's estimated but I received it 10 days after that on the 22nd. They came too late for what I needed it for.
When I tried calling customer service they could do nothing for me.
Unacceptable in my opinion.
