I ordered a combo brake/rotor kit. When the rotors arrived the delivery company absolutely destroyed the package and dented around all the edges of the rotors. I spoke with customer service, they made it right and I had another set sent right away. They arrived perfectly packaged as they should have. Wonderful company to deal with and excellent products also. They go the extra mile and do the right thing. Great to do business with.

I ordered a part for my car, before I ordered the delivery time said 3-5 days, I chose this site over other sites with cheaper prices because it said it would get to me sooner and I needed to fix my car ASAP. After I paid for the product the estimated time went from 3-5 days to 7-10 days. After waiting 10 business days I noticed that my package hadn't moved in 4 days so I emailed the 1a auto support team asking them if they could check up on the status of the package. They ignored my request and sent me the tracking number again and told me to track it. I emailed them back again telling them I already had the tracking number and that wasn't the issue. They proceeded to email me the same thing again saying I could track it here. This happens another time and finally I've hard enough, it's been 7 days since I was supposed to receive my part and it hasn't moved for 11 days now I tell them that if I don't get info on my part I'm going to do a chargeback on the purchase. Now I finally get a legitimate response and they tell me my package is lost and they can send me another one that will arrive in another 7-10 days. Yeah right. So I asked them if they would expedite or at the very least discount the part I paid for and never received. They denied and decided to refund my card and be done with it. I would never trust this business again. Not only do they seemingly take no responsibility for your purchases but they also don't care to make things right when they've clearly made a mistake. If you value your time and money stay away from this shady, low effort business',

Poor Customer Service
April 29, 2020

Order a headlight mounting panel from their web page. They sent us the wrong part (bumper cover), which wasn't anything similar to the part we ordered. They requested photos of the shipping label, part number and photo of the part we received to three different customer service agents. No response for two days. Sent them an email requesting cancel the order and refund our money. Received an email today claiming they will refund, and for us to keep the part we have no use for. In other words they dumped their mistake on us to dispose of. Terrible customer service. Will never order from them again. Beware. Use somebody else. Does this look like a highlight mounting panel to you? It's bumper cover for a pickup truck. They made no attempt to make their mistake right.

Parts wrong size
April 29, 2020

2014 impala lt cv axle. Came in in decent time went to put in car the spline shaft on tranny side lined up well. But the spline shaft on the wheel side didn't line up. Got out calipers and measured. The O. D. on the original spline shaft measures 1.28 the replacement part 1.4. Emailed and i'm responsible for shipping it back for refund when all i wanted was the correct part. Would not recommend unless you want to waste $$ on shipping for their mistakes

I was sent the wrong harness for the Mirrors I purchased. They will work just fine after I modify that the harness that they sent me. Customer service has NO automotive experience at all and is of no help. Customers are not allowed to speak with technicians at all. I take them 1 to 3 days to discover if what you are telling them is true. Know ahead of time that you will need to modify anything that you purchase from them. I was finally told that their guarantees are not on all parts.

1A Auto attempted to help this customer through the SmartCustomer Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

Scammers

Scammers, send me a defective item and I sent the item back and they did not refund me. When I contacted them checking on the refund the claimed the item was damaged.

Headlamp assemblies

I received replacement headlamp assemblies for my 2007 Dodge Ram within three days of ordering and they fit perfectly. The quickest and easiest task I have ever performed on a vehicle. 1A Auto is great!

Do not buy any suspension parts for your Infiniti from this place it's garbage the bushings break after two weeks and the clunking comes back worse garbage low low quality bushings stay away made in China garbage junk that's where it belongs in the junk

Malibu back window These guys are great I had to leave my car overnight the company they ordered my back glass from sent them the wrong glass these guys thought I'd be mad, that's not reason to get mad, they make bumper stickers that say "$#*! happens" a wonderful company anytime I needed a part they were there and when I was Towing I dropped off bunch of different cars There

I had a customer change their mind and when I returned a full brake package of about 70 lbs, it cost me more than half the original amount to return it. Lesson learned the hard way. I will NEVER order from them again. Hope this helps someone else avoid my mistake.

Poor return policy
April 19, 2020

Purchased parts based on what was recommended for my vehicle. The parts they sent did not match the existing part and could not be installed in a manner that would allow for the safe operation of the vehicle. Sent parts back and 1a Auto would not cover the 75.00 return shipping of their defective parts. Save yourself the trouble and go to your local auto parts store. The small amount of money you save on parts does not cover the hassle of their return policy and customer service.

I ordered a strut changeover for a Ford Expedition. The front struts came in with 2 totally different springs. Well if we put these on the customer's suv, one side will be lower than the other. We when I sent pics to "customer service ", they said it will be 1-3 days before they could review the situation. WHAT? Just send a matched pair of shocks so I can get the job done.

Tow mirrors
April 15, 2020

I purchased a nice set of mirrors from this company even after asking if they have problems with the mirrors shaking because some do that and I was told no one never got any complaints and after receiving them and putting them on barely driving they shake all over the place not being able to see well. That's what I get I guess for buying aftermarket junk and should of spent the money on oem.

I purchased a set of headlights for my 07 Tacoma, nice looking headlights and came with bulbs. Reached out to the company twice because 3-4 months after purchase I got extreme condensation inside in both, to the point where it's effecting the light produced at night. Haven't heard back from 1aauto, and wrote a review on their site for the part which never went through or was deleted, and now there is no option to write another one. Very disappointed seeing how the headlights I got weren't cheap, and the did not last long at all..
