I was sent the wrong lens. It was not what I ordered. I had to call, wait for them to get it, credit my account, and then I can get a refund or order again. The order took a long time in the 1st place.
It took longer than expected for me to receive the contact lenses that I ordered. Then once they arrived I had to print off my rebate form and mail it in. I am not sure why they couldn't have just priced the contacts cheaper ( at price including rebate) and create less work?
I wish it shipped to me quicker. No estimated ship date until you have already ordered, which makes it hard to plan.

I had been using AC Lens for over 20 years for my gas permeable contacts, and when I found out that the company that bought them did not carry my brand — Boston EO — I went a-googling. GET-LENS had a great website wher I found my brand, easily entered my prescription and ordered. One week later I'm loving my lenses. Happy ending!
