If the item is out of stock you should say something to the member before they place their order. I paid for two day shipping thinking I would get them in two days. Nope I got them weeks later for they were out of stock. I probably will not buy from them again.
There are significant hidden processing fees that do not show up until check out. It was a little bit of a shock in the difference in price from just the contacts to the end total. Also hard to even find what the extra cost were all about as tech had to tell me where to view them. They are a little deceptive.

1-800-GET-LENS was such a relief! I wear gas permeable lenses, usually they last a year to a year and a half. Saturday morning, when I put them in I noticed I had some small cracks in one. I put in the old one that I had but that was a bit blurry. I rushed downstairs to place an order on discount contacts and upload my new prescription, but apparently they stopper carrying gas permeable. I tried 1-800-contacts, but you have to call them to place an order for gas permeable lenses. I saw 1-800-GET-LENS and decided to give them a try. I was able to easily place my order online, I got a great deal for $30 per lens if I bought 2 pair, was able to do rush shipping, and had my new lenses by Wednesday just in time for vacation! I have a very high prescription (-11.25), so even when i get them through an eye doctor they typically take a week to come. 1-800-GET-LENS exceeded my expectations!
