Received contacts on time. BUT I ordered through 1 800 Contacts... Are they outsourcing now? Would be nice to know - thought I was hacked? Almost canceled order.

First time ordering and won't be my last. I wish I would of known about 1800 contact sooner. My delivery came super quick. Thank you

They are great! The contacts work great and they were the correct prescription.

Great but took longer than expected and I paid for expedited shipping

The price advertised was NOT correct, but less than Walmart by a few cents. Shipping was slow, communication was ok.

Keeping in mind that an email was sent stating that they had to get my contacts from somewhere else I still had to wait roughly a month to get contacts which made things difficult for me. Even though the process of getting the right lenses and purchasing was satisfying the wait for shipping and delivery was pretty displeasing

There shouldn't be a character requirement on user submitting a review if they don't want to

I bought my contacts through this website and they were delivered sooner that predicted! I had to reach out to customer service to add specific directions for delivery and they were very helpful and quick to respond. However, I didn't like that I wasn't updated very well throughout the delivery/tracking process, but otherwise I was very happy with my purchase and the time I received it in.

I was happy with my overall experience. My prescription was expired and they still sent my contacts

A bit complicated on the website but it works. Did not have any issues getting contacts with a prescription that came from out of the us.

The contacts came in really fast which i loved because i was ready to get out of my glasses!

I ordered extra contacts, and they were very easy to order, and much cheaper than buying them at the local vision center! They arrived quickly and are identical to what I got from the eye doctor. Very pleased with the service and I will use it again AND will recommend it to others.

Smooth as can be. No problems all I have to do now is wait for my rebate card. It was a pleasure doing business.

I couldn't see the 50% markup fee — must have been beneath the Confirm button — so I felt tricked when that was on the final bill.

The rebate thing was frustrating. It was conveyed as a discount on the checkout, so I was surprised to be charged twice as much as I thought. Then the contacts took much longer to ship, and I still don't know how to work the rebate.
