Very displeased with the approximate $75 processing fee that gets tacked on. Seems very steep for pulling a few boxes of contacts and packing in a box. I called to get clarification as to why I was getting charged more than what I figured. They explained that this processing fee would be charged every time you order. Supposedly it was in fine print at the very bottom of one of the pages but you would have had to scroll all the way down to the very bottom of the page to even notice it. They did not put an explanation on the actual order where everything was itemized out. I priced things out too late but I discovered it would have actually been cheaper to just have ordered them through my eye clinic, My advise is to price out more thoroughly than I did before you place order. They also had no obvious option to cancel your order after it had been submitted.
Love how each it is to order or reorder contacts. Will be ordering for all my family's contacts!

I was dismayed at the time required for my perscription to be filled. I even called to check on it because I was considering cancelling. I understand that the lens had to ordered. It's also ordered locally but just takes a week.

I think the requirement to get hired for this company is incompetence that and their system has to be the slowest system in the whole world.

1800 contacts always has my brand of contacts and always has great prices. I never have to worry about being able to not only afford my contacts, but also I never have to worry about how long it takes for them to arrive. They are very speedy and sometimes my contacts even show up 3 days early

Ordered contacts. Order was placed on hold for no reason. Called them to expedite order and paid extra for two day shipping. I did not receive my contacts within two days. I paid extra to receive them before my vacation. I will be ordering from 1800 contacts again.
