I was told it was going to take longer than expected for delivery of my contacts. I said well than refund my expedited shipping costs. I was told there was no way to do that because the order had already been placed. I said yes the order was placed but not shipped. So return the shipping fees. I was told we can't because the order was placed. It was physically impossible for me to explain to customer service that if the order wasn't shipped than they needed to refund my expedited shipping costs because I'm not paying extra shipping for an order that was delayed by 3 weeks.
They didn't have my contacts in stock so it took really long to get them.
