The shopping was easy found the exact pair within a few minutes they look great in person they however do not fit like theyre supposed to but im going to get them resized they took longer than was originally implied which is understandable they also called to confirm details but usps appearently lost the package for like 2 weeks so im pretty upset about that

I had to call and find as to why my order was not delivered to me by the original delivery date of September 5th. After contacting your customer support team they explained my contacts had to be special ordered and would arrive a week after they were due. Why did I have to reach out to you to find out the status of my order? Why wasn't a generic email sent to me explaining why my order would be delayed? Lack of communication is not good for business.
5 to 7 days shipping turned into 2 and a half weeks due to my contacts having to be ordered. I understand but feel like that should have been communicated during the checkout process.
