I have ordered contacts in the past from other vendors and they take way too long to ship to me, but these shipped within a week. I didn't have any trouble uploading my prescription either.
This is my second year buying contacts and it is a very easy process.
I did my online contact eye exam, and my prescription was approved the same day. I was able to order my contracts and receive them in a week. It was a straightforward process.
Mixed up my scripts and had to call CS to help me get the right order... they were amazing. She understood what happened and sent me the links I needed to resend my RX so I got what I needed. Was able to cancel the wrong order and get the right one set up in one call less than 10 minutes. It was amazing getting to talk to a real person who was understanding and helpful is rare these days. I had ordered my lenses right after my eye doctor appointment as usual, and as always, I received a confirmation for the estimated delivery date. When that delivery date came and went, I reached out to customer service via online chat, and they told me that they couldn't fulfill the order because the brand name I ordered was not listed on the script from my doctor. I asked why I was not notified sooner about this, but I guess I was chatting with an AI bot, because I did not get an answer to my question. Still, once it was all cleared up, they expedited the delivery, and I received my lenses the following week.
Decent overall, easy to navigate. Pricing is not accurate up front and that should be fixed. Before rebates my price was about $455 and shown price before checkout was after rebate price around $285.
Even worse than that, I ended up actually paying $655 because of "fees" without any description.
Overall, still cheaper than last purchase amount through another online company by a little so I still ordered. Mainly didn't want to spend more time shopping around and got baited into the initial pricing. That is very frustrating as a consumer.
Arrived in a decent amount of time. Notified each step of the process with my order. Plus, I didn't have my lens prescription. They were able to reach out to my Dr and get it quickly. The price was much less expensive than what I would have had to pay from my Dr. That is even without the rebate that you get from here. It seems it will take a good amount of time before you receive your rebate, a few months from what I can tell when I applied for it. Overall, I am very pleased with the service and the cost. Will be purchasing my next prescription from here
Contacts came in after quite a while and I cannot see anything out of either one of them. Customer service says my eyes may have changed but I was wearing my prescription glasses with the same prescription and I was seeing fine. There's something defective in these lenses. Severely defective. I was issued a store credit. Last time.

Customer service was helpful. But when I was supposed to check out myself my total online, my contacts were supposed to have a special rate then I messed up amd ordered too many. So when I canceled it with help and customer service helped me, my price was way higher than what the special was supposed to be

My order was accepted, and I submitted the Rx. Several weeks went by, and I had not received my order. I when I tried to troubleshoot it, I was told that there was an issue with the Rx. I was not notified of this previously, so I was confused as to what the delay was. I inquired as to the "issue" with the Rx, so I could prevent this from happening again, but I was never given an explanation, only asked that I submit it again. It was cleared up quickly after that, and I was updated along the way, which is awesome. I just wish I would have known that there was some "issue" to begin with.

I got what I ordered, but my prescription was an unusual one, so it took a bit longer then the normal time. They checked in with me after my order was delivered. All good!

Took to long to recieve order. When order was placed it said 5 to 7 business days and saod nothing about it being 5 to 7 business days once they recieve the contacts.
Made it easy to find the lenses I needed and the first time I bought them there I was given a good discount this time I purchased the same exact thing and was charged $40.00 more.
Honestly, my contacts are great only issue I have is my contacts are never in stock when I order and they end up getting here later than expected, which is very frustrating when paying for the shipping. I really don't enjoy leaving bad reviews and wanted to be fair. But it has been way too often an issue.
Was questioning the price of my year subscription so I called the customer service line for validation, everything was on the up and up, placed my order and received it in two weeks, even though they were on back order, thanks "Get Lens"
