I got the email stating my contacts were shipped on 1/30 and I'd get them in 5-7 days. I didn't receive them until 2/11 because they weren't actually shipped on 1/30 because 1800contacts didn't have them in stock. If I'd known it was going to take that long, I'd have paid a little more to Walmart to get them within days.

I had missed my eye apt and was nervous about getting more contacts before I ran out. My prescription was still good luckily. Logged in, typed in the name on my contact box in the description search bar and it was done, that easy. They came almost immediately just like the shipping said, no delays. It seems expensive but in reality compared to any place without using insurance the prices are really good. Would def recommend, 5 out of 5!
Ordering the contacts was very easy but they don't state the cost to get colored lens. Got contacts and I couldn't see with them on. Contacted company and was told I was sent wrong ones. Haven't gotten the right ones so I hope they follow through and mail the right lens as soon as possible

However, it then took about a month to receive my order as they had to order from a supplier even though they were said to be in stock. Was annoying, but not the end of the world. I now have my contacts, and they were cheaper than any other supplier.

A staff member from 1-800-get lens helped me with this. She contacted my eye doctor, got the information, and got my order set to ship. It was a great experience!
