I ordered the lens and after 3 weeks had still not received them. Company said they had to order them leaving me without lens for almost a month
I do feel like the process is overhyped. Yeah, it was easy to find the contacts I needed and quick to verify prescription. I used 1-800 Contacts thinking it was going to be cheaper than me going through Costco. It's not necessarily the case, I got a mail in rebate. Which is fine until I realized the only option on the rebate was a gift card. I was hoping it would have refunded that part. Quick and easy order, just wasn't cost effective for me.
