I knew the type of frame I wanted. They had them and the best price I could find. Fast shipping and 0 problems.
I thought it was supposed to be canceled because you guys had to reach out to another website to get the contact lenses and then I find out that it never was canceled and then my shipment shows up after I already went to another company and paid for contact lenses which isn't of running me over $300 for the purchase of both the contact lenses from two companies so for this reason I won't be ordering through 1-800 get lens.
I was able to get my contacts quickly! I was constantly being updated about when they would be shipped and the overall process. They didn't have my prescription and had to reach out to their third party, I was never not notified about each step which made me feel really secure about my purchase. Thank you for making everything so easy!

Ordering experience was easy and quick. My complaint is that my contacts took over 3 weeks to ship. They were delivered only took a few days later, but if I would have known that it would take 3 weeks to ship, I would have made other arrangements. Extremely disappointed in the shipping time frame.
