You do have to mail in the rebate to get the discount. So the upfront cost doesn't feel like savings. I have not gotten mine yet, but everything else has been smooth and fast.

I'm happy with the product but didn't notice the processing fee was 50.00 equal to one box of contacts. I believe it is too high given I visited many sites. It didn't include shipping either. That was a separate charge.

Ordering was fast. I had to call to get my prescription processed asap since I needed my rgp before traveling. The customer support agent was able to confirm my prescription with my doctor office while I was on the call and then my order was processed next day and I received my contacts 3 business days after I placed the order as expected.
