There are expensive "fees", that are unexplained. Other than that It's still cheaper than going to america's best.

They sent me the wrong prescription after I sent them my exact doctor prescription from the doctor's legal pad. It delayed everything an extra 2 months and getting my order. The only good news is they did correct it. But I was without contacts for a total of Two and a Half 3 months because of the error when it was only supposed to be a two-week wait

So my order was delayed for no reason and they couldn't explain why it was flagged and then I got the email that it was fine and nothing was wrong. The context came later and I had to pay for shipping which was ridiculous, especially because it was $10. I don't think I'll be doing this again.
