The contacts were easy to order but a little bit more expensive than they advertised them to be. They also took a lot longer to come in than they said. However, when they did come in they were great.
I had difficulty getting customer service to give me a straight answer. I had previously placed another order on 7/9/25 and called multiple times to check on it after I hadn't seen a shipping notice. I was always told it was fine and I would receive an email when it shipped, instead it was canceled on me and I had to reorder and continue to call and check on the status before learning my order would take much longer than a normal order. By luck, I received my contacts in time for my trip, but the process took over a month and a half. I'm not sure I can recommend ordering from here due to the seemingly unclear status of orders.
I live in a state that has no sales tax. Yet I was charged shipping and handling AND a tax for a total of an extra $35.49. Not impressed.
Took a long time to get. Should be a faster delivery when ordered
The lenses took quite a while to even get shipped. Prior to shipping no details were available to explain where they were in the process or the reason for the delay and no expected delivery date was ever provided.
It took three weeks to receive my order. 5-7 business days is standard. 3 weeks is outrageous!
Once I ordered my contacts I was told an.expected date of delivery a few days late they emailed me stating that they where out of stock when I tried to cancel they kept telling me no one would have them which turned out to be a lie but they said as soon.as they received them they could send them fast delivery for additional fee which I thought was bull because its not my fault yall didnt have them. So I waited and waited. After I contacted them again trying to cancel it was still the same drill. So I placed an order with 1800contacts and received them 3 days later and 50 dollars cheaper. After I received those I tried canceling again and then what do u know they had already shipped. So I'm just taking this as lesson learned and never using them again. 1800contacts will have my buisness
I made a mistake in my order, and customer service called me. The agent very professionally and knowledgeable helped me. She cancelled the order and put in the new one for me. I am a very satisfied customer!

Everything was great! I got my contacts fast. There was a problem with my prescription but I got it taken care of quickly by the team and my contacts arrived within the week.
