The cost of the contacts were way too expensive. Processing fee is ridiculous and 1-800-contacts does not charge for shipping. Will not come back!
My contacts prescription for 1 box is usually up to $100. I was so grateful to find this company that has my back with the price for about half! I will be ordering from them from now on.
Glad it's cheaper than eye doctor. Ordering was user friendly. The rebate is just an extra pain. For a better customer experience just make it that much cheaper instead. But I'm sure they make money off it cause it really is annoying to cut out from boxes and print and mail in.
The customer service is amazing. I called and spoke to a rep because they were having troible verifying my rx. The rep called them for me and had me wait on hold on the other line. We both waited for a while. The eye dr wouldnt verify over the phone only by fax. The rep was very patient and made sure to follow up.

The only thing I had a problem with was that I wanted dailies instead of monthly but the prescription was wore out for monthlies so I had to get that kind unless I wanted to pay to have another eye exam. Which I did not want to do because I just had one in January. Went through the website because I had already used my insurance for the year and this was a much cheaper route.

Order process was a little confusing, as I was only able to purchase 1 box at the advertised price, plus $10 for shipping. Ordering more than one box involved a rebate and would have been more expensive than the next cheapest vendor. The order was processed correctly and typical shipping speed of approx. 1 week, so nothing to really rave about. Still a few dollars cheaper to place 4 orders and pay shipping 4 times than to purchase from the next cheapest vendor, assuming the sale price is still available... which is probably a toss up.
Long delivery time but was notified that they were not in stock. Will they be in stock from now on?
