I looked into a couple different sites to order my lenses from and this site was both cheaper and faster. Wish there was an express shipping option for lenses in stock but still happy I got them quickly! (8-10 days)
Easy to order my contacts awesome and easy way to order contacts
Easy process and quick delivery - however, I had returned a set of contacts from Lens.com as the color I ordered was off from past orders and the customer service rep could not tell me if it was a mistake or they changed the color itself (overseas rep) so I just returned them and placed an order with 1-800-GET-LENS. I checked the website and the headquarters was in a different state but low and behold when my order arrived it was from LENS.com again! The color is off yet again...I give up!
This was my first time ordering with get lens.Lens arrived in a well packaged box, and in about two weeks.
The cost of shipping was already a lot. I had paid for overnight, but was informed a delivery date by 1-2 days. It gave specific Dates that week, and didn't mention it would need multiple days on top of the shipping days to process. If you can't deliver a next day service, I suggest not advertising you will. On Facebook, multiple other customers brought up this same issue.
As,a,50+ year "hard"lens wearer, I was happy to find a vendor supplying such an impressive array of lenses. The rep was helpful and competent, and I received my lenses as requested in good time. I am completely satisfied with both product and personnel! Lost1 star for no solutions &surprise S&H fees.
For only being $5 cheaper than going through my regular store it took twice as long to get my contacts. I would rather spend the extra 5 n get my contacts sooner

The commercials say quick delivery I waited almost a month.
The issue I have is that the majority of savings is derived from the coupon that has to be submitted for the 75$ refund. This is an annoyance and requires time and effort on my part. It is not a discount but a manufacturers rebate and not anything done by the seller. If it was truly in your interest to provide service you would take care of the rebate and at least handle the documentation and filing.
