I went through and was going to order only a 6 months supply of contacts when I noticed that it was cheaper to order for a whole year. I went back and checked a box for the additional six months, but it didn't change it I guess that I should have called, but I wasn't sure if it would cost more if I ordered through a customer service representative, as it does from some companies. I tried several times, but since I wanted the contacts, I just ordered anyway!
When I called to check on my order, the lady just kept repeating the same thing and didn't seem to understand that I was upset that she indicated that the order was going to take over a week to process and deliver to me! I ended up getting the order much sooner than what she said. I believe that there was a language barrier as she seemed to have an accent. Perhaps an American customer service representative could have better helped me!

It was very easy to find my brand of contacts on the website. The price was much lower than my eye doctor's price and a little misleading because it included the rebate that I need to send in for. But once I get the rebate I will be very happy with the price!
Shipping took over 2 months, it just sat as "processing" and when you ask for an update they just tell you they're "processing". No timeline for anything
Did not show price nd as per box just said for 6 months. I didn't realize I had to it for each eye separately. I tried to contact customer service right away to adjust my order as I don't have $500 extra dollars lying around and they told me tough luck. Also paid $20 extra for expedited shipping because I needed my contacts for a certain event and they came after 6 days instead of 3 and customer service told me they don't count weekends. Everyone ships things on the weekends now give me a break. I will not be ordering with this company again.
