I sent an email to customer support and was told the wrong brand was ordered and they couldn't fix the issue. I reached out to chat support and was told they couldn't do anything either and had to call. Why is there chat and email support if I have to call. I had to spend my entire lunch break getting this resolved and was a huge hassle.
