I sent an email to customer support and was told the wrong brand was ordered and they couldn't fix the issue. I reached out to chat support and was told they couldn't do anything either and had to call. Why is there chat and email support if I have to call. I had to spend my entire lunch break getting this resolved and was a huge hassle.

Took forever to receive about 3 weeks though I was told it would be shipped 48 buisness hours from the time of placement. Extremely unhappy.
They were the cheapest option, but not as cheap as they advertise. Lots of taxes and fees.
I thought I was getting a great deal on contacts, but when I got my bill I was surprised to see a processing fee of $150. Coupled with the need to do a mail-in rebate, this ended up being more of a hassle than it was worth.
