Was accurate about shipping received my guitar in two days was worried that it would be damaged in some kind of way but packaging was great and my guitar was in perfect shape and exactly what I ordered I was diffently pleased and will order more from them.cistumer service was helpful I noticed when made order it charged me twice they were understanding and fixed problem in a flash before I ever spoke to them there staff had already noticed it and that charge was fixed immediately.thanks zzounds..

Idk what all these other bots or fake people are saying but they will literally ship your items the day of and you'll get it the next day or the day after. Also, if you call them they'll answer in within a minute. No joke. Literally the best website to buy guitars.

I have ordered well over 14k in gear over the past decade and used the four or six pay program and now I can use up to 12 months at no interest and have never had a problem with super fast shipping and great customer service

I have spent over 12,000 in gear, I've never had a problem. In the beginning, they keep you at 4 payments and as you pay off loans, they increase you amount and terms, I can call, order gear and it's shipped. My limit currently is $3,000 and term is 12 months. They have never pulled my credit. If you ask for over 12 months they check your credit. But the website explains this in detail.

Very dishonest!

I ordered a keyboard from this company under the false advertisement that at a certain price there would be no credit check. My credit is poor but my income is very good as well as my employment is very stable and has been for years They will keep a hold on your items after they check your credit and do everything possible to get the customer to cancel the order. They will check your credit and they will give some horrible backorder timeframe and other bull$#*!! I called to get an estimated delivery and the original two week time is now two months. The salesman eagerly asked "do want to cancel"? Not "let's see what the hold up is or establish a delivery window!" But "do you want to cancel?" Bottom feeder company and total scam!

False advertisements

Another music store that promises no credit check instant approval for selected items. Well it's a scam. I selected the for mentioned items which was a 6 month plan of equal installments. I paid the installment, got my order number and a thanks for shopping with them text. A payment plan email. And woke up this morning to find out that my order has been canceled. So I called and they told me I did not fit the criteria and I said what criteria you said I paid the first installment go to check out just like any other place and you would ship my order that afternoon of course they didn't have any reason for counseling my order so I just say stay away from that place it's just like American music supply they're the same thing they do the same thing. Best thing to do is go to Sweetwater or somewhere that's reputable.

I have a guitar that I am still paying on and it's already malfunctioning and zzounds is offering zero support. Do not use unless you are a guitar tech. I reached out to them and they just pretty much told me tough luck.

Horrible & inefficient

Tried ordering from here & order kept getting canceled due to "verification reasons." Pleaded 5 different orders. Everything matched up the same as my banking info, address & so on which they require, yet order still resulted in cancellation… Terrible service- Wouldn't recommend… Went to Sweetwater instead - Service was smooth & speedy (shocked as it being holiday season).

No credit check is a LIE!

So, I ordered, paid the money and was told it would be shipped in the a.m. Got a email saying my order was cancelled. I called to see why. She said we do still do some type of credit check and if you have never brought anything from us you will be denied. That is so crazy because I've have brought from this company and paid over $1100 for my order. No payment plan, paid straight cash for it with my debit card. I think because I am african American I was denied.

Not what they say. Shop at Sweetwater instead

Their customer service is sub-par. They cancelled my order the first time. I called back and asked them why and the guy couldn't really explain it. I had to ask him if I could re-do the order (for over $1800) and insisted that he get me faster shipping to make up for the time on the cancelled order. He said he would..., I give him my CC, and then get a confirmation saying the products will arrive later than what was promised. No integrity.

Now as of writing this, I've yet to receive my order, but I am slightly upset with my order. I purchased a few items, but the big ones were a Classic Vibe 70s Telecaster Thinline, and a Classic Vibe 60s Jazzmaster. When I placed me order, both said they were in stock, and while the Jazzmaster was delayed a couple days, I was happy to see that everything aside from it had been shipped the day I ordered. However, I woke up this morning, on the day of my first shipment, to find an email saying that the Jazzmaster was back ordered. I wouldn't be upset that it was back ordered if I hadn't been told I'd get it by the 7th. My question is why the hell would it say it was in stock, say that it'd be delivered in a couple days, and even say it was preparing for shipment, only to be told it's back ordered with no information on when it'd be back in stock? The photos I've attached say the 6th because I was late to go through their identity verification process. I'm hoping the rest of my order is fine and arrives okay, but I'm not hopeful give the happenings with the Jazzmaster.

Damaged product

I bought a blemished utility cart and received a damaged unusable piece of junk, likely returned by a previous customer and passed on to me. It was a day late on shipping, came with no hardware, bolt bent at a 90 degree angle and the box it was shipped in looked like it had been through a war zone. When I called to resolve the issue, they were very arrogant and couldn't have cared less. I would rate a -1 if the option was available

After placing 5 separate orders with them, have zero complaints. When I HAVE called customer service, I found the representation to be professional and friendly. Like talking artist to artist. The one error that I DID call about could only have been done by the manufacturer, Epiphone. No one but myself and quality control and those professionals who rate products doing "professional" reviews. You see. The Epi is the copy of the well known, Gibson line of guitars. However there is a esotearic difference difference. The decal around sound holes are different. It took me a couple of weeks to spot it and most guys really couldn't give sh,... crap, but I LIKED the one designed for the Epi version better (even if the Gibson version DID make it look more. "Gibsony') I called. Sent a picture, they agreed. It was different. A mistake qc could easily miss after 7.5 hours, now also watching the clock grind with an empty belly. Some of these critical reviews look at Zzounds as the manufacturer, qc, shipper/ delivery driver with no one else involved. If you watched YouTube videos about deliverd having bad days, of even bad delivery drivers you'd see enough anger rain down on innocent packages to bust tuners, and more.
But customer service said that they would, "knock off" twenty bucks for the error and NOW begins the email chess game. No," I said, "not good enough. I'll free ship return this one and you can free ship me a proper replacement, or I believe that $50 would help more abating the shame of playing an imperfect manufactured guitar on the public stage. And with no angry shots fired by either side, WWIII was postponed for another day. The company site is one of the best things to happen to me since my ex-wife crashed my credit. First order, they trusted me with a four payment plan. Since then, I can pay outright or stretch it out for 12. One order was a couple days behind during the Christmas maxed out trucks, trains and planes. Who am I gonna hold responsible for Christmas?

If I could give 0 star. Please avoid this website they let you know that your product will be ship next 1-2 days but they never send your product. Call them and they are all rude, they will tell you they never know what is going on with the product you purchased and don't know when your product will be ship. This website must be remove on the music instrument online store. They will send you defected product and don't care about customer service base on some other comment and my experience with them…. TRASH

Purchased this guitar as blemished so I knew there would be scratches, nicks etc. Now the guitar itself is great but it was delivered with one of the tuners completely broke off. Called to see maybe if I could get a little off the price because the instrument is damaged at this point. No, has to be returned and I could purchase a new one or keep it because it happened in shipping. There was zero damage to the shipping box and it takes quite alot to break a metal tuner button so was definitely sent to me that way... just be careful if you purchase from Zzounds.

I placed a purchase into Zzound to finance equipment, with 10 mins i get an e-mail telling e that my order was cancelled due to a previous order going into collections. This was odd because this was my first order with the company ever. When i call into Customer Service they inform me that a family member has a defaulted account and that I cannot purchase with them until that account is satisfied due to they can only finance a certain amount per household.

My issue is that the card, billing information, social and name on the account does not have any link to me. When speaking with the manager he informed me that "Well the name used on the Billing in the default account as well as the phone number matches to you?" When i asked so o legal identification information, just things anyone can submit freely is what's stopping" The manager replied yes and then proceeded to tell me to contact my family member and make them pay the balance. I told him this is not my debt or my issue, not even link to my social, why am I being held to someone else debt just because we share a last name? He told me that's just their business practice and how they protect themselves.
