So i placed an order totaling 1700$ then 15 mins later got an email saying they canceled the order due to verification issues. I asked what is not being verified correctly they Sd they couldn't tell me they can not pinpoint the exact issue could be address phone number or a number of things told me to call the CC company and verify all info i did everything matches perfectly with way more then enough available credit so i now have submitted the order 3 diff times all to be cancelled and when i call bk get the same BS answer Ill never do business again with this trash company
Reading other reviews puzzled me when it came to fast shipping,etc. Zz Sounds should take over the US MAIL. Evidently few of these customers have used other outlets with 2-3 weeks delivery time. Hats off to this company!
Zzsounds is a fine company to deal with. I have bought from zzsounds for years, no problem. I have had to miss payments & they understand your situation. I will continue to deal with zzsounds. Fine company to buy from.
I wanted to tell you that when I ordered my harmonicas they were delivered promptly by fed ex and I love the quality of them too,with rich sound and very happy with them.Also later on I ordered a Yamaha digital piano and love thos item which was also delivered free shopping threw fedex which arrived on time. Very very satisfied. Also I had problems with my bank card and missed a payment and instead of charging me two payments we just adjusted the dates and went from there. That was true customer appreciation I thought as well as I was a new client and they didn't have to do that. I definitely would recommend Zzounds for all!
I returned two MPC because of software issues and then another one for a speaker malfunction! I spoke with mangers, sent in videos and they never helped!
DO NOT go by the delivery date stated on zzounds. They guarantee delivery dates that FedEx NEVER meet. I have had to wait on two orders at least 3 days longer than stated. These items were needed right away. Zzounds and FedEx and unreliable companies.
Spending alot of bank on equipment and such, one could blow the whole load at once but the payment plan interest free is awesome, double month payments keeps capital in your pocket for like Marshall amps, just aweaome
Very horrible service and professionalism.I ordered some items they said delivered I never got.I ordered a ddjsr2.I put my deposit then my account was charged deposit when they suppository sent out my controller.I only received case then I was told they the controller all of a sudden was outta stock.when I last spoke to a rep I was told they had over 70 units coming in.I was then not compensated for my troubles.Then I was offered a different controller and then I had to put another deposit down when I was screwed over with my previous order.I received a email that my controller was delivered when they lied to me.very horrible service

THEY THROW GUITARS ANYWHERE
I ordered a travel size instead of a regular size guitar by accident. The problem began when I realized I had ordered the wrong size guitar and began looking into the return/exchange process.
After filling out the return request, I waited a full 2-3 days before getting a response.
But the main thing that set me off was the fact that I had to pay to send it across the country (from NV to NJ), when they had shipped it from a guitar store 45 minutes from my house. The return cost was half the amount I had spent on the guitar itself, which is absolutely ridiculous.
I called to company to try to figure out what was going on and why I was having to spend that kind of extra money, and the guy just kept telling me it was my responsibility... they definitely need to clarify that somewhere in the checkout process.
I am definitely not impressed with customer service or return policy. Definitely don't recommend if there is even the slightest chance you will need to send your instrument back.
I tried 3 times to make a purchase & was turned down,I called customer service & its always this male whom never try to resolve the issue & keep telling me its ID validation reasons,I asked him how could I get this resolved & he was of no help,horrible people
These people are the worst people ever they will cancel your order for anything the manager here is very unprofessional your wasting your time here they reviews tell it all I can't wait until they go out of business I will be kicked back with. Please Read! I had issues with credit. I ordered a electric guitar then an amp. I had received in 2 days. The payment day wasn't the best for me so I got to pick a a that was comfortable for me with no interest!
When I received the guitar there was an issue with the box NOT Zzounds fault Fed Ex must have popped a hole in box. Seriously my son works for Fed Ex he said it happens all the time. NOT Zzounds fault. I filmed opening the guitar on my phone and called Zzounds they were great the guitar is great. And to be honest if you don't like them maybe use your credit card to somewhere else.
Or maybe your never happy.
If your stuff was damaged or you weren't happy they will work with you.
People if you have a problem with companies just call them it's that simple!

So according to zZounds Navy Federal Credit Union is not a major bank or my VISA check card is a prepaid card. Yeah ok no sweat Guitar Center will get my business now. OHH RAHH.
It seems with every business there's always someone happy or mad concerning product or service. Not all went well at first, it took me 3 times to place my order with zZounds but it finally went through and I received my purchase the very next day, now that's awesome. Anyway, each time the 6 pay failed I called customer service and I have to say each and every representative was as kind and friendly anyone could possibly hope for. Communication with all 3 made me realize the errors made were made by me, seriously I needed to think about what was asked of me so the system wouldn't boot me out for a canceled order email. The whole experience, everything considered, was truly painless and rewarding for the next day delivered to me was my Yamaha powered monitors that I'm so happy with. No I wasn't paid to leave this review, it truly came from the heart and all is well.

I ordered a guitar from these guys, long story short, they shipped it to the billing address rather than the shipping address. I notified them immediately after receiving the confirmation e-mail, they said it was too late to change it. The guitar arrived, I tried to get a label to send it on to where it was supposed to go in the first place, they said they couldn't do that, it would need to be returned. I asked for a return label, they told me since nothing was wrong with the guitar, I'd need to pay the postage to have it returned, which was around $100. I ended up selling the guitar and ordering from another company. Absolutely the most disorganized group I've ever dealt with.
I ordered a guitar from ZZounds. When I received the guitar the pickup selector wasn't working and neither was the mode selector for that model guitar. When I called them about it they were unsympathetic and just didnt care. They offered me a refund and that was it.
They didnt not offer to fix the problem. The problem with this place is that they dont check their guitars before they ship them, otherwise they would've heard that there was an electrical problem.
ZZounds is TERRIBLE. Dont waste your time and money with them!
Answer: You can't start out buying a $2K guitar with bad credit. Buy a lesser model and pay it out over 4 months. I've never been turned down and have bought about $9K in guitars from them, with poor credit.
Answer: I don't know who wrote the Experian lie. From what I'm gathering from "reviews", Zzounds has/is in the middle of an outright, SMEAR CAMPAIGN. They have no "hidden agenda." They, from my end, having ordered many times and always on a payment plan, have never sent me an, after the fact, email or an indiscriminate document I supposedly signed w/o reading about interest payments are to be paid immediately upon receipt of email. You don't sign anything. You make your first, slightly higher payment that covers processing. It's prudent and wise to vet claims that just sound too good to be true, they are legitimate from this site, irregardless of the one trusted advisor who might know a lot on the subject but clearly, not everything. It's termed, "in house" credit which mean, the company itself is showing faith in you even w/o knowing or even wanting to know, your score. If you don't pay, they eat it or, depending on the amount, it becomes a civil matter It's kinda sweet when you consider (and you have) how much fraud you have, especially on the web. In the past there were many more businesses willing to trust you at your word. Because more people felt like Scarface did about the two things, he don't break for no one. Zzounds is the REAL Musicians Friend.

Answer: You can't use a prepaid card with zZounds. They require a bank issued debit card or a credit card. So long as you use your bank issued debit card that is linked to your checking account, you will not be charged interest. Or, use your credit card and pay it off to avoid interest. Your claim that zZounds is lying about charging interest is untrue. They don't charge interest at all. If you choose to not pay off your credit card balance and let interest build, that is completely your decision and not zZounds. Hope this helps answer your concern. I buy everything from zZounds on payment plans, never been charged interest as I use my bank issued debit card. :)
Answer: If you have a higher priced guitar, like say a Gibson Les Paul Standard, it may take up to 4 days, as they have to find the exact serial number you selected, rather than just ship the next one. Normally, lower priced guitars take 2 days maximum, based on my experience
