I was trying to buy something off of zulily that could be price matched to Walmart. Easy, customer service immediately changed the price in my cart for me. I try to check out and nothing. I kept receiving an error message. Go to customer service again, and I'm told to cut my phone off and on again, so I try that. Still nothing. Ok well tech is out for the day and it'll be up to 24 hours before it's resolved. Okay that's fine I understand that completely. I'm order to receive a tech ticket to help fix my problem I have to send in multiple things that I have no clue where to find on my phone like the IP Address etc and I openly stated that the SECOND time I had to reconnect because she ended the chat while I was looking. Simple mistake I'm sure she didn't mean to. I reconnected with her again a third time and I'm told her that info and come back with no help as to where to find these things. I cleared out my order and tried to order it again without the price match and it worked. So yet again I reconnected with the same lady to get another price match and try again. Then I'm told they can't price match because the item I'm price matching is out of stock on Walmart. AGAIN that is okay, the first agent never told me that. I apologize because I did not know and immediately she just closes the chat. No response whatsoever. The absolute worst customer service I think I've ever come across. As much as I want that item I will NOT be buying it from them.
The quality has gone down and prices have went up! I've had to return items because they look nice on the website but cheap when you get them! I don't like China clothing or shoes!
I've been buying from Zulily for several years, mainly fashion but also kitchen and craft items, I'm not sure what has happened but the quality of every single item (appr. 30) I've purchased over the past couple of years has been so poor that I have donated every piece without ever wearing or using them (with the exception of one craft item - that tore after one use). The fashion images are misleading as they show better quality fabrics. The last tops I received felt like plastic. I'm not looking for designer quality at these prices but up until a couple of years ago the quality of the products was very acceptable. Their customer service (Canada) is very good but I wouldn't have had to contact customer service if the products were satisfactory in the first place. The quality has gone down and prices have gone up, bye bye Zulily.
5 years ago when it had not been sold to QVC everything was better. Yes it took a long time to get the merchandise but if it was wrong they let you donate it and credited your card. Sometimes they would want the item back if it was expensive like my LED face light but I was credited for shipping. Sizing was and still is an issue as most items are made in China. Now except for Suzanne Betro ( which is smaller than my usual size) I rarely buy clothing from any other vender on the site. Shoes are also hit or miss and often run small.In 2020 the prices started climbing and my SUZANNE BETRO tunics went up 20% Now they are 25 %to 30% Higher as well as the slacks. I can only assume many other items are more expensive as well. They used to have weekend free shiping after your first order but they changed that policy. I gave up working with customer service after QVC bought them as the people are impossible. I simply donate items as the return fees are insane. If Amazon carried Suzanne Betro I doubt I would ever shop with Zulily again.In its heyday I did get great deals on name brands they do not carry anymore. Fantastic handbags that were the real deal. Cosmetics that were not fake. Cute kids toys. Those days are over. I looked at my orders last year and they were 1/3 from even 3 years ago.The quality control seems to be zero and they appear not to check the items they send out prior to shipping now in jammed paper bags instead of boxes like in the past. I decided to try Zulily because I had an online coupon code. When I went to check out, the coupon code was deducted as expected. However, when I was done with checkout, the coupon code was not applied to my credit card purchase! When I questioned the company, this is the response I received, "Thank you for reaching out. Sorry, we are unable to refund the $10 for the coupon code. I want to assure you that we continually strive to make things better, and are focused on what we can do to make your experience as effortless and enjoyable as possible." What exactly does that mean? Zulily.com has deceptive pricing schemes. This was my first and ONLY purchase from them. I'd rather buy from an "honest" company rather the one that would steal $10 from their customers!
Really disappointed with quality and item purchased did not look like the picture. Will return for store credit. They did respond quickly to my complaint.
When it offers you the pay in three or two plan don't use, they over charge. I use the pay in three plan and the first payment I doubled up on payments which would have left just one payment left. Wrong they bill you anyway and if you don't pay they will use it against your credit. I tore my card up will no longer be shopping at zulily again.

I am furious with this company. Stay away! During their after Thanksgiving sale I ordered a lot of items. And I mean a lot! Roughly one hundred items. It was in two different orders. It took me days to pick out all the items I was buying, checking reviews, checking sizes and comparing styles. I bought all the items and paid for them. The money was taken out of my account weeks ago. As time passed i though something was wrong so I sent an email to customer service. Customer service got back to me and said there were delays in shipping because of the holidays. And they included that my case was solved. Well about ten emails with no responses my money was refunded. Not a word from them. I've emailed many times to get answers but they won't reply. They ran a scam. I've talked to many people that have not received their orders either. Please dont support this shady company. I did not mean to give them even one star. I wasn't able to remove it!
BACKSTORY:
I have been a customer of Zulily for about 4 years. This year is the first time I have had to return something to them and I'm not getting anywhere. I have contacted customer service via email and live chat. Crickets.
PROBLEM #1:
Items too a LONG time to get to me this holiday season, consequently the 30-day return policy is affected. I thought for Xmas items you had a 90 day return window.
PROBLEM #2:
Items were grossly oversized, when in the past they have been undersized. Consequently I cannot use any of the items I purchased from them - 5 items in all. VERY DISAPPOINTED>
My suggestion: Find the brand you want and buy it for Amazon. They at least take back items quickly and easily.
What's with shirts from china being that shiny leotard material. Weird and unflattering. Looks cheap. Strange way to make a sweater when this cheap unbreathable fabric makes you sweat. Also clingy static inducing.
Was about to place my order for the first time using Zulily. Showed I qualified for free shipping but right before I submitted my order on the next screen. I see that shipping was added $8.95. So, I called them and they said that was just a promo and I will get free shipping after I pay for shipping once then after that I will get the free shipping on my second order but that promo ends tomorrow. But why say I have free begin to begin with when you really don't have free shipping. I canceled my order and deleted the app.
I use to order all the time from Zulily, but over the last couple of years the quality of the merchandise has gone down and their prices up. I ordered some things before Thanksgiving and am still waiting for them and their response was they were not sure if I will get them. Zulily needs to only use companies that can fulfill the orders and Zulily needs to communicate with the companies if product hasn't been mailed out or received. This reflects bad on Zulily!
What is in the picture is not what I received.
It was not a sweater jacket, it was not the color I ordered. It was not the cable knit texture. It did not have same color buttons as product was shown. It was a thin sweater that in no way is a jacket sweater! The product in picture was classy and beautiful. What I received is a poor substitute, very poor!
I've ordered here so many time and every time I've been more than happy. Good selction of cheap clothes that I get to check out almost every day.
I ordered 2 dresses from Zulily, one was along sleeve, they send me a short sleeve dress, the other one I ordered was a Large, they sent me a small, I want to return these 2 dresses because I cant wear them, I emailed them 3 times asking how can I return them for a full return, that was a month ago and I haven't gotten any reply to any of my emails, I will never order from them again, some of their clothing looks like its been worn and re sold, no label's on them, Very bad service from Zulily.
I will admit... I ordered the wrong item, I caught mistake the same night that I placed the order. I emailed and tried to call to cancel order or to change order. They claimed they could not cancel or change the order. They said it was already processing. I am so done with this company. The order wasn't even picked up for delivery for 3 more days. Now I have two bedspreads that are the wrong size... I will have to keep them or return them. If I return them they will issue a credit(which I will not use because I AM DONE WITH ZULILY) On top of that they will deduct 8.00 and something for return shipping and their cost of restocking. THIS IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY... BUYERS BE WARE!
Know your brands and shop them. Have not been disappointed in 8 yrs.

Purchased 3 coats, material was cheap, fit was horrible. The return policy is store credit and they deduct shipping. Never buying again from zulily.
Placed order #1 Nov 12 & #2 Nov 14. On Nov 17 order #1 canceled and order #2 not shipping till Dec 8! Items were ordered in anticipation of using items for Thanksgiving. Now it defeats the purpose.

Answer: I have never ordered shoes from them but I agree that they likely vary according to brand. Contrary to other comments (that I am very suspicious of...) I have never waited a long time and the quality has always been as shown. There are so many rip-off sites out there and I suspect some hire people to post phony negative reviews on the 'good' sites. I do not recommend searching for cheaper products - you'll end up on a bogus, cheap site. I now research every site name and sift through comments - its exhausting but has saved me from spending money on sites that were not good.

Answer: It could be a week or it could be 3 months. But my advice would be not to order at all. The sizes are never right (a small may fit someone that wears a large or it may be too small for an infant) and the quality sucks (the fabric on a dress I bought is so thin you can see through 4 layers). STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!

Answer: Let me just put this out there. The people who bought things from Zulily (and are unhappy with their purchases), probably didn't research the brand before they bought it. Think of Zulily like Marshalls or TJMaxx. That's what Zulily is, in online form. I just bought a hoodie from them, and researched the brand before I bought it. The particular hoodie was being discontinued, so they were selling it very cheaply. I bought it, and it is the real deal, originally $89. So research the brand. And don't expect your purchase quickly. They wait until they have enough orders to bulk purchase (another reason why their prices are low), before they buy. So it'll be a few weeks before you get it. I hope this helps.
Answer: If you bought them from Zulily, you might see about making your granddaughters feet smaller. I'm sure that's easier than dealing with Zulily.
