I was so excited to find something to purchase off this site, but was super disappointed when I had NO CONTROL over the shipping options. I didn't receive anything for a month and when I did get tracking information it was incorrect and stated it had been delivered when it had not.
For what you pay for on this site, it is not worth the stress to kknow there is a possibility it will never show up-AND NO REFUNDS!

The items they list only are available for a few days at good prices. The problem is that you place your order under fear of them running out of the number of that item available, yet your order takes usually at least 3 weeks to arrive. The shipping charges, even for very small items like hair bows, or tights is still at least $8. I ordered a cute dress on the 28th of December. I still have not received it as of today (January 20th) but they already charged my pay pal account. As much as I love their stuff, I rarely buy things, because they do not allow for returns, and their shipping practices are terrible.

Answer: I have never ordered shoes from them but I agree that they likely vary according to brand. Contrary to other comments (that I am very suspicious of...) I have never waited a long time and the quality has always been as shown. There are so many rip-off sites out there and I suspect some hire people to post phony negative reviews on the 'good' sites. I do not recommend searching for cheaper products - you'll end up on a bogus, cheap site. I now research every site name and sift through comments - its exhausting but has saved me from spending money on sites that were not good.

The sizes are never right (a small may fit someone that wears a large or it may be too small for an infant) and the quality sucks (the fabric on a dress I bought is so thin you can see through 4 layers). STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!

Answer: Let me just put this out there. The people who bought things from Zulily (and are unhappy with their purchases), probably didn't research the brand before they bought it. Think of Zulily like Marshalls or TJMaxx. That's what Zulily is, in online form. I just bought a hoodie from them, and researched the brand before I bought it. The particular hoodie was being discontinued, so they were selling it very cheaply. I bought it, and it is the real deal, originally $89. So research the brand. And don't expect your purchase quickly. They wait until they have enough orders to bulk purchase (another reason why their prices are low), before they buy. So it'll be a few weeks before you get it. I hope this helps.
