Purchased three items on July 7th, and today, July 30th, still have not received them! When they say order processed in 7-14 business days, make sure you focus on the words "processed" and "business days"! I have e-mailed the company twice, and in both replies from them, they simply explain how their business works which basically is "we'll mail you your order when we get it from the vendor and then after we spend a week or two, after receiving it, getting it mailed out to you". My order started as a UPS delivery and ended up as a postal delivery - although since I haven't received it yet, I am not sure how it actually will arrive. On top of all of this and the fact that they took my money when weeks ago, the items I ordered are not returnable! This is my second experience with Zulily and most likely my last. They claim to be unique and to offer such fabulous deals which translates into, I think, "we are worth the time and trouble". No, they actually aren't! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO RECEIVE IT IN LESS THAN THREE WEEKS (i. E., 15 BUSINESS DAYS!).

On June 27th I ordered a pair of shoes for my grand-daughter. It's now July 22nd and no shoes have arrived. I contacted them after 2 weeks and they told me they don't ship for 14 BUSINESS days. That meant almost 3 weeks. They shipped it via a strange UPS service that then delivered it to the local post office for delivery to my home. The package has been sitting at the Sacramento post office since July 18th. What type of shipping do they pay for? The price I paid for shipping should have given me priority shipping. My grand-daughter will probably not fit in the shoes by the time they come. I will NEVER order from this site again, as the customer service is the worst I've ever encountered.

I wish i had seen these reviews prior to ordering. I think the biggest problem is the absurd shipping time. Takes way too long! Can't return anything, so you take a big chance. I had to give a skirt that would normally fit to my neice, as it ran small and was non returnable. I will not order from this site again.

I ordered 2 grils dresses on 6/28/11 as of today 6/20/11 I still have not received anything. According to their tracking information it appears it took 15 days to be ready for shippment and has now been 8 days before it is showing at the local post office. Shipping and handling was $7.95 so it wasn't even "free"

The dresses have missed two mini vacations hoping they come before school begins

Ordered some maternity clothes on June 19th for a vacation I just took this past weekend. I just received my order today (1 month later) and am sending them back! The site says 10-14 days which I would have been okay with. I sure hope they do not give me grief about the return. I made comments on their facebook site and also via email and got a generated auto response both times. I have a feeling they are going to give me store credit for my returns which means I will have to order something for my baby that is due in 5 months instead of maternity clothes because that is how long it will take to receive it!

I ordered a outfit for my baby girl on june 20th and it is now july 15 and still no outfit. It took forever just to get shipped out and then it said i was suppose to get on july 15th and never did. I went to see were it was and now it said that zulily changed from ups and is now sending usps and now i don't know when im going to get it. Im very unhappy and will NEVER BUY FROM THEM again!

Shipping was a problem, but once i read the website's policy (after the fact) i totally understood. I ordered 2 outfits for my daughter with tutus. They were HORRIBLY made. There were threads hanging out, the ribbon was twisted, the elastic was twisted, it was like these were the reject clothing. I feel this site find clothes that didn't meet the manufacture's requirements, so they take the "bad" clothes and sell them to us at "dirt cheap" prices. If you don't mind reject clothing, then shop here. My daughter LOVED the clothes, so we kept them (b/c she's spoiled) but I won't buy again.

I wish I had seen this site before ordering from them for the second time. I assumed the first time, when the order took about a month (maybe even longer, as I'd almost forgotten about it by the time it finally arrived), that it was a fluke. I bought the customer service line about it taking a little longer because they are receiving from a source and have to wait for that before they ship out to us, but that is the way we get the discount. By the way, the discount is not so great, when adding on shipping.
Since that was over 6 months ago, I forgot my negative feeling and giving them the benefit of the doubt, placed another order a month ago. I guess I'll be lucky if the bathing suits and rash guards arrive before summer ends. People with babies less than a year old should NOT order anything unless ordering 2 sizes ahead because by the time they get the order the baby will have long outgrown the items!

If your reading this then you must have concerns. I will tell you this I will NEVER order from them again. I don't know where to begin let me sum it up real quick and you can make you own mind up.No returns, sent me wrong order 2 times, took forever to get refund, takes forever to receive order, better order a bigger size for you child, because by the time you get it they will have grown (not kidding). The customer support is the worst.

Oh did I mention no returns, no returns. Think about it why would your order from a site that you hope the items fits, and it it doesn't you out of luck and money.

I do a lot of shopping online, offline I gave them 2 try's after reading theses reviews, so good luck try them and come back to site and give your reviews.

I was so excited to hear about Zulily, and their deals were great, and the merchandise looked really good. But, I am on my second order with them, and I am VERY DISAPPOINTED.

My first order was cancelled after close to a month of waiting, and I only found out it had been cancelled (and then even later, my money was refunded) when I went into Zulily to check on my order status.

But, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered something else. Again, I am going on a month and the status update on the website doesn't even have my item as being sent to Zulily, even though, I was originally given a 10-14 days for my shipment estimate.

I just sent an email to customer service, so I'll see what happens. But, I'm not going to order from them again. Oh, and to echo what a previous reviewer wrote, they certainly did take my money quickly, too!

Ordered crocs for my son on 6/15/11. I got notice that it shipped only yesterday. It took 21 days just to ship. Now I have to wait another week before I get it, if I actually get it. It will be a total of a month or over since I've placed my order. This is after paying regular shipping charges. Will not order from them again. Do not shop here!

I ordered Crocs for my son and niece for a trip we have planned over 3 weeks ago and I still haven't received them. I just got a notice that they shipped today, but we leave on our trip tomorrow, so I won't get them in time. It's too long to wait for a shipment in my opinion. Don't believe their shipping dates for a minute. Once they have you, You've paid, and you wait, and wait, and wait some more. Then you start calling and they say: Oh that item takes a little longer for us to get. So you wait a little longer and... I placed my order on June 15, today is July 7 and the status of my order still hasn't changed. Yesterday I asked that my order be cancelled and that also has not happened. The absolute worst customer service that I have ever dealt with. The girl I spoke with on the phone was so rude and made me feel like the bad guy for questioning their company. I wish I had read the reviews on this site before I shopped from Zulily. I will never order from them again! No matter how great the deal is!

It took several weeks before our 6 year old granddaughter received her birthday gifts from us forom Zulily so i won't be ordering from them again - that is a long time for online orders in this day and age given their competition and I wonder how they stay in business seeing all the other complaints here and not one complement among them! I do wish I'd seen this site before ordering but I won't be doing it again. Too bad cause their stuff is cute but DON'T ORDER FROM ZULILY unless you don't need it for weeks!

I placed an order for a 4th of July dress for my daughter on 6-6-11. It was received into the post office from UPS on 6-18-11. I still have not received it. It is sitting in the post office plant 2 miles from my local post office for 10 days now. I would like to blame the post office but they said it was sent the cheapest way it could parcel post so it gets put on a truck last. Zulily really need to get their shipping act together. I would pay a few dollars more if they used UPS direct. Thats it for Zulily. Now I have to go searching for something for my daughter to wear 4th of July weekend.

I have ordered several things from Zulily and it seems like you have to wait several weeks to get an order. The website does say to give your order two weeks to ship and it takes at least two weeks if not longer. I have been very pleased with the quality of merchandise at the price. A plus to the website is that it gives me an opportunity to see a variety of children's clothing that is unusual and adorable. I think it is worth the wait!

Waited forever to get two little dresses. The quality of the material was extremely poor. We would have gotten better quality if we'd gone to Wal-Mart! Will never again purchase from Zulily! What a waste of money!

BAD experience enarly every single time. I bought from them a few times now and their refunds come slow. They say 10 business days. BUT it's been 14 business days and i still have not yet receive it.
Products come SLOW. They say 10-14 business days. But u can wait up to 2 months!
Flexibility very low especially on refunds..

DO NOT BUY GIFTS ON ZULILY! I found some really cute items on Zulily that I wanted to send to a friend for her new baby- matching cup & plate set, onesie, bibs & burp cloths. They were all from the same vendor and would be a great gift. I indicated on the order that it was a gift. The problem was that the gifts came in 4 separate shipments. How embarrassing! Had I known this, I would have had the items shipped to me and sent them all together. Very disappointing to say the least!
