I am one of those people who listens to their friends based on their outcome with zulily, unfortunately mine was horrible. I ordered 2 pair of boots which took 3 weeks to be delivered and when I did receive them they were made in China and were very cheaply made. I ordered the right size based on their sizing chart but neither fit by a size maybe 2 sizes. I knew from the return policy I couldn't return them or it would cost as much as I payed for the boots to return them. The local homeless shelter got the new boots in hopes that someone can use them. That was my first and last order from Zulily.
I've made a lot of purchases with Zulily but it stops today. I want to exchange my item because it didn't fit and they wouldn't do it. Totally done.
Picked up the box and heard the dreaded sound of broken glass.

I bought a cute women's top from a popular vendor on Zulily. Loved it. Got a small food stain on it after the first wear so I sprayed some stain prewash on the spot and threw it in the wash. To my disbelief, the fabric completely decinigrated ĺeaving a gaping circular hole. What was the fabric? First time and last time I ever saw that happen. Done with that cheap site.
I downloaded the app to start shopping. I had over $300 worth of product in my cart and kept getting invalid card when I typed it in. I just chatted them and told them the issue I had. Antonia told me to contact my financial institution. I use my card every day so it is not my financial institution. But that is the service I got. No help at all so I guess I won't be shopping on their site. I work in customer service myself and I would fired for this service.
Received my order WRONG so I emailed. It said give 24-48 hours. I gave more then 48 and they hadn't responded (still have not a week later). So I called. I explained to the lady that I ordered 3 matching pjs for the girls to use on Christmas, but one of the sets was wrong. They sent 2 shirts and no pants. I asked to have the pants shipped to me, she said no. I said okay then you can have the items I want my money back, she told me theyre non refundable. I said well you did not send what I ordered, I ordered pants and a shirt NOT two shirts. She then was telling me to read the fine print so I would know when things are refundable. I explained I wouldnt want to return it if you had sent what I ordered. She then said I am just trying to educate you so this does not happen. WHAT! That comment was beyond unprofessional, and even if I read the non print I dont expect to be shipped the wrong thing!
Still waiting to get the stuff. Ugh. I order almost a month ago. I have no idea why it is taking so long to get the items I ordered.
I don't recommend ordering from this site if you ever have issues with sizing. Because they don't take returns, if something shows up and the sizing is off, you're stuck with it. I stopped using them because I had spent tons of money on poor quality clothes that don't fit properly. It's fine for ordering household goods, accessories, etc.
They have the WORST employees to deal with. If I could give zero stars I would. I am a vendor and it has taken A YEAR for us to receive money from them for an event we did on their site. Their site is not clear or user friendly. I STRONGLY recommend not using them. To top it off they do not have phones. They are so terrible they do not have a way to communicate via phone with one of their employees. THEY ARE THE WORST!
LIES. The products that Zulily sells are factory seconds, defects, irregulars, mislabeled / inaccurate product descriptions, and dud and or flop products that do not sell in Department's store. Zulily does NOT disclose this information. Zulily is willing and knowingly sells the inferior products as top-quality products. Their goal is to offload all the inferior products they can on unsuspecting customers as close to full price as they can.
I bought a 2" mattress cover. Which shows up a thin not even 1/5 inch thick mattress cover that slides and does not stay on or stay put, I let it "fluff up" and air out due to the horrid smell of the product. At NO point on the entire mattress cover did it measure 2".
Zulily wanted to charge me an unreasonable return fee, almost what I paid for the product. This is how Zulily gets paid for their Crap products, it charges an outrageous return shipping and restocking fee to discourage any product return.
This company is criminal, unethical, LIERS and they sell CRAP products. Their return policy and fees are unreasonable.
If it's not a name you know, don't get it on Zulily. Their "sunshine swing" kids dresses are cheap nylon and are not sewn as photographed: they're often lopsided and the patterns don't align to the garment properly.
Of course you may already know Zulily Said my Android phone "Auto Ordered" some food products! Lol I am still waiting for the $74.12 mistake to be corrected! This company doesn't give refunds they don't tell you that. Once you order something your stuck with it.If I buy something and return it I want my money back! I am never ordering from them again!
Zuilly has good prices but you always have shipping costs. Then returns, shipping costs again. Then no refunds, only credit to zuilly account. I have credit there but I don't want to shop there ever again. Very frustrating
I can only write this review on delivery because it will be a month before I will receive my order. I wasn't able to locate anything on their website nor did customer service indicate to me it would be at least a month to receive my order - WTF! Sure their prices are decent but not worth waiting a month or more to get. I bought sandles to wear in the summer not winter. Regardless of how good the shoes may be once I finally get them or the prices I WILL NOT BE A REPEAT CUSTOMER. Somethings aren't worth the wait!
Ordered items and price was 6.99 then I searched on another site item was 3.99. I brought it to attention of customer service and was told they only compare their prices to Amazon and 2 others.

I received Kevyn Acuion mascara and it was an obvious fake, since I had the real stuff in my hand. I now am trying to cancel the rest of my order because I got over excited at the prices and bought a lot of other stuff. I got costa sunglasses also and they are so fake they didn't even put Costa in the box or the sunglasses. They refunded the mascara and are sending a label for the sunglasses. Hopefully they cancel the test like I asked. I now researched it's a mix of real and fake. I wish I had researched it earlier. I think they use all outside vendors and some clothes etc may be real in the flash sales because of clearing out old stock. I saw Rocketdogs at marshals for the same price as my order so hopefully those are real. But I would not buy anything if your not willing to go through the hassle of returns if it's fake
I've had good experiences with Sully, but a few months back I bought a bra by Bali, and when it came it had No labels and was black and faded all over my clothes. I just won't buy anymore bras from them again. If it had been a product of Bali, it would have been labeled and size shown. Sad... they have cute clothes but something seems changed..
I purchased 9 blouses from Zulilly. Had to return 5 items as the fit was awful. Can only get a store credit instead of cash returned. I don't want to buy anything else from Zulily so what a waste. Beware of return policy.
Andrea and Diana are some of the most rude customer service agents that work at Zulily. Please get training and get educated on how a business is operated successfully and most importantly how to treat customers. There are also INCOMPETENT customer service agents at Zulily, to name one in particular Ronald. Zulily please train these people.
Quality is poor & sizing can be very different than advertised. This is what is called fast fashion (cheap to make) but ironically delivery is about a month. Zulily doesn't care about keeping return consumers as there are so many out there. Zulily doesn't care if sizing is off they are only interested in what they make from each sale. Buyer beware I. Canada you have to pay for tracking if they let you return item & if you send item back I. Regular mail (no tracking they throw out your package & therefore don't get a refund - is this still not your personal items until they take possession?). Tracking postage is expensive so buyer beware you will be stuck with item that is not as you expected.

Answer: I have never ordered shoes from them but I agree that they likely vary according to brand. Contrary to other comments (that I am very suspicious of...) I have never waited a long time and the quality has always been as shown. There are so many rip-off sites out there and I suspect some hire people to post phony negative reviews on the 'good' sites. I do not recommend searching for cheaper products - you'll end up on a bogus, cheap site. I now research every site name and sift through comments - its exhausting but has saved me from spending money on sites that were not good.

Answer: It could be a week or it could be 3 months. But my advice would be not to order at all. The sizes are never right (a small may fit someone that wears a large or it may be too small for an infant) and the quality sucks (the fabric on a dress I bought is so thin you can see through 4 layers). STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!

Answer: Let me just put this out there. The people who bought things from Zulily (and are unhappy with their purchases), probably didn't research the brand before they bought it. Think of Zulily like Marshalls or TJMaxx. That's what Zulily is, in online form. I just bought a hoodie from them, and researched the brand before I bought it. The particular hoodie was being discontinued, so they were selling it very cheaply. I bought it, and it is the real deal, originally $89. So research the brand. And don't expect your purchase quickly. They wait until they have enough orders to bulk purchase (another reason why their prices are low), before they buy. So it'll be a few weeks before you get it. I hope this helps.
