I have ordered many different things. A lot of items have been for my grandchildren (puzzles, piano music books, clothes, personalized Christmas ornaments, etc.). They've loved everything. I have also bought many tops, shoes and decorations for our apartment. My only criticism is that it is very expensive to return items so I'm sure most people don't.
My 1st order was for children's rain boots. Shipping was promised "quickly" but after placing the order, the item was marked to ship in 3 weeks. I cancelled the order immediately. My 2nd order was for a Navy Blue Dino Quilt for my son's room. I received the item and it was not Navy blue but purple/indigo. I contacted Zulily to return the product and get my money refunded. I was told they would give me a store credit LESS shipping... when they advertised the product incorrectly. Absolute terrible business practice. I will never shop from this company again.
Ive ordered 5 items from Zulilly over the past yr. They never disappoint. Just yesterday(Sunday afternoon) i accidentally ordered the same item twice! I called the number at their "contact us" and actually spoke to a representative! She removed the duplicate and pointed out that i had free shipping since i ordered before midnight. I checked my order today, exactly as she said! Love this company!

I have been pleased with my Zulily experiences. The quality of some of the items is not great but I would say it is inline with the price.
I probably keep 80% of the items ordered. Sometimes the sizing has been a bit off. As with any online purchase that is a risk that you take.
The return process is easy, although I would prefer a refund rather than store credit, especially if using their credit card.

I have never had a problem with items purchased from Zulily. All have been quality from reputable brands. Delivery has always been fast which I appreciate. Although I have not had to deal with customer service, my expectation is that it would be professional. I look forward to purchasing from Zulily for many years to come.

Have purchased some great items at terrific prices. Have also purchased some items that have had issues, are broken on arrival, poor quality (usually in clothing), clothing sizing issues (usually too small or too tight or more narrow - like shoes or slippers), etc. A major problem is returns are very expensive for most items.
It was disappointing that I cannot get savings on added items if wanting to purchase for gifts BUT AT DIFFERENT ADDRESSES! Some great gift items but I would have to have them ship to one address - the intent for getting more than one would be to send to more than one address if buying for a gift! So though I have purchased for gifts, I have to divide the items up, repack them, and ship at added cost to the person. Really miss that flexibility that is possible with other online shopping websites!
One of their best qualities in the beginning of my purchasing on Zulily was the extra care and packing materials used in shipping BUT it went downhill more recently in 2019 and items get tossed around inside - they break, packages of sets get divided, etc. It's more risky now and affects what I look at twice. I tend to stick to the soft goods for that reason.
One of the best experiences I've had is that if I have ever had a problem, their Customer Service policy for replacement or credit is EXCELLENT! They may not be able to replace an item, due to limited quantities usually, but I have been notified when it comes back in stock.
Overall, it's been a good experience but the downsides has reduced my spending with them.
I used to like Zulily a lot more than I do now. I find the quality has become "iffy" -- lots of stuff from Asia with flimsy fabrics and cheap construction. That being said, I always find something, be it bird feeders or nightshirts for my grandkids. There are many things I'd like to buy but don't because they cannot be returned. I have a whole box full of things that I purchased that don't fit. However they are quite fair about their return policy and state on the site (before purchase) that an item is not eligible for return.
Somethings are a good deal, others not so much. The reviews on some products aren't available some of the time and that makes me leery of those. Returns are expensive. Cost money to return a product that is inferior or doesn't work for you. That makes me shy away from purchases a lot of the time.
I like some of the products. I have never gotten free shipping! So if I want some thing, example: From Suzanne betro I have to add eight dollars on top of the price and I don't like that
Poor quality, very expensive to return things from Canada, and in the end you'll be more satisfied shopping on sites with a fair return policy.

I really like shopping at Zulily. Sometimes I don't have the time to look through the new sales items so when I do, a lot of times my size is gone. Not the fault of Zulily though. Sometimes I wish there were added options other than so many clothes.
Trying to get out of this company but they only give you credit back, most stuff is cheap or damaged and never arrives on in because it comes on a slow boat from China and my stink! Very bad accounting and computer adding!

Answer: I have never ordered shoes from them but I agree that they likely vary according to brand. Contrary to other comments (that I am very suspicious of...) I have never waited a long time and the quality has always been as shown. There are so many rip-off sites out there and I suspect some hire people to post phony negative reviews on the 'good' sites. I do not recommend searching for cheaper products - you'll end up on a bogus, cheap site. I now research every site name and sift through comments - its exhausting but has saved me from spending money on sites that were not good.

Answer: It could be a week or it could be 3 months. But my advice would be not to order at all. The sizes are never right (a small may fit someone that wears a large or it may be too small for an infant) and the quality sucks (the fabric on a dress I bought is so thin you can see through 4 layers). STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!

Answer: Let me just put this out there. The people who bought things from Zulily (and are unhappy with their purchases), probably didn't research the brand before they bought it. Think of Zulily like Marshalls or TJMaxx. That's what Zulily is, in online form. I just bought a hoodie from them, and researched the brand before I bought it. The particular hoodie was being discontinued, so they were selling it very cheaply. I bought it, and it is the real deal, originally $89. So research the brand. And don't expect your purchase quickly. They wait until they have enough orders to bulk purchase (another reason why their prices are low), before they buy. So it'll be a few weeks before you get it. I hope this helps.
Answer: If you bought them from Zulily, you might see about making your granddaughters feet smaller. I'm sure that's easier than dealing with Zulily.
