I love Zulily and have a full cart at all times but... since nothing is returnable for a refund I would appreciate more than 1 picture of things and a bit more in the descriptions. The reviews are very helpful when available.
Takes awhile to get merchandise. Once in they are decent items. Just be ready to wait a bit to receive
Zulily has great prices and fast shipping. They always have the best brands and other thing you do not get to see.
I have only one gripe about Zulily and that is that it's addicting. I find so many awesome things on this site. The price can't be beat. And now that they've improved their return policy it's even better.
Some items are not as described or not good quality. It's a hassle to return because they charge too much return shipping and then i don't trust their refund process. Seems to me that i get shorted what i am owed each time i return something. The three times i questioned them on it they just keep repeating that they are correct. I know how to do math. I recently bought a set of towels that were not as described or shown in the picture. Kept them rather than pay return shipping. Only good things i can say i've bought from them are two pairs of Rockport shoes and two pairs of Saucony sneakers.
I enjoy the variety of items and the fact that they change often. It is always an adventure to look at their items featured each day.
I have to say that 50% of the time my orders exceed expectations and 50% of the time I'm disappointed, either in the quality, the sizing, or the item is nothing like the description. The one time I tried returning something I was credited 1/3 of what I paid for it. I've been tempted to order more expensive items but the previous problems definitely hold me back.
I love shopping at Zulily. I find great products at great prices. I also find things there that I have not seen elsewhere. That is not to say that everything has been perfect. I find the items that are not name brand and coming from China to be of poor quality, but I have learned to be savvy in my purchases and to look at reviews from other customers. If I had to make a complaint, it would be on the packaging that is used to ship some items. I know that shipping costs are high and using a plastic, rip resistant bag is economical, but when I have received a damaged item, it is because a bag was used for an item that should have been put in a box (like a structured hat - that arrived flatter than a pancake and was ruined). Returning it at my cost should not happen. Other internet sellers provide for FREE returns. Zulily should get onboard with that.
Always so pleased with the customer service, quality of products and best pricing.
The only thing, I do not care about is the return policy. Would prefer the return not be a site credit.
I enjoy the variety of items and products you can purchase. The values are quite good. Delivery is timely and if it is not going to be they let you know. I have never had to return anything to date. Everything I have ordered has arrived just as I expected.
Over the last 3 years, I have spent thousands of $$ on Zulily products! It's the first thing I look at in the morning. Most of the items are as described. Occasionally, I get an item that is the wrong size, or not as described. Customer service has been very helpful. Due to the holidays, I missed the return window and got items that were incorrect- so I am stuck with them... that is unfortunate. Some delivery times are long, but if you are not in a rush, they are worth waiting for. Quality has been very good.
The things I don't like, it takes almost 2 weeks for some orders to be processed, don't like it when/if I return something I get a credit towards a next purchase, I'd prefer to get my money back, what if I never order again, do you just keep my money? No customer phone number to call if I have questions. Items I have ordered have been good quality and pricing is reasonable. I just received a winter jacket from Zulilly, it came within 3 days and is very good quality. It's a fun site to shop.
I have been shopping Zulily online for many years now and it's have to say it's always been a great experience. I have needed to use customer service on occasion regarding faulty merchandise. I was helped immediately each time and issues resolved very fast. I am a huge fan of shopping online because I live in a very rural area and have to travel 75+ miles to do any shopping. I love that I can come back the same day after a purchase and shop more and it ships free! And getting emails for "deals" makes it even more rewarding!
If I had a small boutique, this could be a great business. Sometimes large means xlarge sometimes it means medium.
Zulily offers a wide assortment of merchandise at great prices. I've made a number of purchases there and have been satisfied every time. One item did arrive broken and it was quickly replaced with no need to return the defective one.
Mostly good. I bought a lot. Name brands. XL is not XL in my opinion on some sites. Drum set marked for 7 yr old came in box marked for 3 yr olds. Still works tho. Some things just didn't fit. Got (free?) shipping from zulily for my trouble. All in all I would not buy clothes again because sizes aren't accurate. Watch that.
I've been browsing and shopping with Zulily for a few years. The variety/selection of items available in many different categories ("stores") is always interesting. I've made many purchases over the years - mostly housewares, familiar brand shoes and handbags, occasionally cosmetics, rarely linens or clothing. I've been satisfied with every purchase. The items always seem to be first quality. It's been very positive that Zulily allows returns for some things now. For a long time returns were not accepted for anything, so if the item wasn't right, you were stuck with it. Only once an item was sent that I didn't order. Customer service was great, didn't want me to return the item and said they would try to find the correct recipient. Some lucky child received the very nice new snowsuit I donated to a coat drive before Christmas. Two things to be aware of - don't be expecting to receive items immediately (usually 2-3 weeks until shipping). And shipping is not free unless an additional purchase is made within about 24 hours. Zulily is not Amazon. I like Zulily and look forward to browsing every day!
I have ordered quite a few items from Zulily. By far I have been happy with both the quality of the items and the prices. Shipping sometimes takes longer than expected. One time I ordered personalized items for 3 grandchildren and did not receive the sizes as requested. After I provided requested information the situation was satisfactorily resolved. Currently I am trying to resolve another problem. I ordered shoes in size 7.5 and received size 12 if you can believe it. Since this was their mistake I believe their shipping and handling fee should be waived once I return the shoes. I enjoy shopping via Zulily. I believe they can be trusted and have really good deals!
My expectation is that items ordered at the same time will be shipped at the same time! Additionally, items many times are not as described in listing and are not even recognizable!
Almost two years iv been purchasing off Zulily and I have not one complaint yet! Products are great! Customer service is excellent! Guess that's why I keep coming back!

Answer: I have never ordered shoes from them but I agree that they likely vary according to brand. Contrary to other comments (that I am very suspicious of...) I have never waited a long time and the quality has always been as shown. There are so many rip-off sites out there and I suspect some hire people to post phony negative reviews on the 'good' sites. I do not recommend searching for cheaper products - you'll end up on a bogus, cheap site. I now research every site name and sift through comments - its exhausting but has saved me from spending money on sites that were not good.

Answer: It could be a week or it could be 3 months. But my advice would be not to order at all. The sizes are never right (a small may fit someone that wears a large or it may be too small for an infant) and the quality sucks (the fabric on a dress I bought is so thin you can see through 4 layers). STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!

Answer: Let me just put this out there. The people who bought things from Zulily (and are unhappy with their purchases), probably didn't research the brand before they bought it. Think of Zulily like Marshalls or TJMaxx. That's what Zulily is, in online form. I just bought a hoodie from them, and researched the brand before I bought it. The particular hoodie was being discontinued, so they were selling it very cheaply. I bought it, and it is the real deal, originally $89. So research the brand. And don't expect your purchase quickly. They wait until they have enough orders to bulk purchase (another reason why their prices are low), before they buy. So it'll be a few weeks before you get it. I hope this helps.
Answer: If you bought them from Zulily, you might see about making your granddaughters feet smaller. I'm sure that's easier than dealing with Zulily.
