I am a customer of Zulilly since they started! There were always some items that were worse quality than others but i liked the selection of brands & unique items so i kept purchasing. However, past year quality has REALLY deteriorated. I've had to send back more than 1/2 of the items i order at a time because of fit or quality issues. And appliances must be 2nds because i always have a problem. Paying 8.95 every time i have to return is not worth it. I can find much better quality at TJ Maxx & Marshalls. Sorry zulilly - but i think this long time customer has had enough of the CHEAPO merchandise.

I love most everything I buy. I am still learning how to compensate for the size adjustments. I wish you could get a little more acquainted with U.S. sizes. That would help a lot!
My "LOVE AFFAIR" with Zulily began with my granddaughter when she was 3 years of age! EVERYONE, and I do mean "EVERYONE" would inquire at church, school, and the community where her beautiful clothes were purchased! She is now 13, and during the years I began LOVING Zulily's clothes for myself! The quality, cost, and customer service is "EXEMPLARY!" I gave ZUlily 4 stars because their vendors take too long to ship out merchandise! Really, that's NOT their fault, so I AM GIVING Zulily 5 STARS because they REALLY DESERVE THEM!
All in all I have been very satisfied with the variety of shops I can access at Zulily. There have been occasions where I found certain stores wanting in quality but I simply don't purchase any further items from them. The service I have received in checking or returning items has been exemplary.
I'm absolutely addicted to Zulily! The unique finds are super, prices are phenomenal and their customer service is even better! Definitely recommend!
I love the variety of available items on Zulily. I can buy everything from cleaning supplies, office and school supplies, kitchen and laundry to my wardrobe. That said, you have to have patience awaiting your purchases. Some can take weeks before they arrive. In general I'm happy with the quality of my purchases and have had to send very few items back. That's another draw back as well. You get Zulily credit upon a return, not a refund. I will definitely continue to use Zulily as one of my main apps to buy online.
As the grandmother of twelve, I cannot stress how much I enjoy Zulily! I don't "do" malls, so this is my go-to site for virtually everything. On the slim chance that something is not quite right, or if I make a mistake when ordering, the Zulily staff is fabulous about making things right.

I have been with Zulily a while. Their advertisements of their goods on the site make the item appealing but when you receive them they are cheap and made in China. The sizes are totally off, and they send you sizes you did not ask for. One out of ten items are legit and good for the price. But overall I think I will end this live hate relationship with Zulily at this point. They better change some things because online shopping is the future. And it is very frustrating to get a bunch of goods you a not use and have to keep sending back. Just order these boots and they are suppose to be a 11 wide boots. NOT
I love Zulily. With so many items (from clothes to housewares to health and beauty) there is something for everyone. There have been occasions when an item I ordered wasn't quite what I expected or there were problems with the quality but all in all I have been very happy The only other issue I would have is the length of time it takes for most deliveries. I do have favorite brands that I know I can trust for quality items.
Zulily has great prices on new styles. Affordable for ladies of all ages and economic classes. The only negative I've experienced is sometimes you have to wait a really long time to receive your items And sometimes they replace what you ordered with a very similar item, but not what you ordered. Those 2 things definitely need improved. Otherwise they are GREAT!

I would highly recommend zulily. I have bought quite a few Items with only 1 item that had to be sent back. Wrong item was sent. I had no problem returning the item and a quick refund was issued. The only thing I wish is that shipping would be a little faster.
I love the products. Great quality. Excellent prices. If an item has a problem the company lets you return the item. The company has a variety of products and I am happy with the company.
Some of the products are of poor quality. Delivery time is too much. Some products measures are wrong and it is a problem to return them, however an other products are so good quality and price.
Too many times are the size charts for clothing inaccurate; then it costs too much to return the item! Have lost some major bucks by refusing to pay for return postage, 'restocking fee' (?), and partial refund of item. Other online retailers WAY better.
The shipping is my single, yet biggest complaint takes so long that I forgot what I even ordered!
Zulily has great customer service. If you have an issue with an item they will solve the problem. I do have issues sometimes with the product, especially clothing. What you get a lot of the time is not like the picture on the website not to mention the size being one or two sizes to bit or small. What I would like to see is spilt monthly payments. Also shipping is a little over priced.
Zulily must by misfits most if not all the sizes are inaccurate. It's not wonder they have a no refund policy. ZULILY was fun at first but now not so much. Everything I have ordered lately is a problem. Either the item doesn't fit or an inaccurate description or the reviews don't match the item. Terrible!
I do at least glance through everything daily, and I do end up buying things I would never have gone out of my way to look for. I have learned some brands or topics to totally avoid. I see things that are perfect to save for a specific someone as a gift. However, the return policies have gotten much worse. I used to get a refund without having to return something that was not what it promised to be. In particular, clothes they say are 90% cotton often have no cotton at all. I wish they would say what country imported from, not just "imported," that often makes a difference to me, so I just don't buy.

Answer: I have never ordered shoes from them but I agree that they likely vary according to brand. Contrary to other comments (that I am very suspicious of...) I have never waited a long time and the quality has always been as shown. There are so many rip-off sites out there and I suspect some hire people to post phony negative reviews on the 'good' sites. I do not recommend searching for cheaper products - you'll end up on a bogus, cheap site. I now research every site name and sift through comments - its exhausting but has saved me from spending money on sites that were not good.

Answer: It could be a week or it could be 3 months. But my advice would be not to order at all. The sizes are never right (a small may fit someone that wears a large or it may be too small for an infant) and the quality sucks (the fabric on a dress I bought is so thin you can see through 4 layers). STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!

Answer: Let me just put this out there. The people who bought things from Zulily (and are unhappy with their purchases), probably didn't research the brand before they bought it. Think of Zulily like Marshalls or TJMaxx. That's what Zulily is, in online form. I just bought a hoodie from them, and researched the brand before I bought it. The particular hoodie was being discontinued, so they were selling it very cheaply. I bought it, and it is the real deal, originally $89. So research the brand. And don't expect your purchase quickly. They wait until they have enough orders to bulk purchase (another reason why their prices are low), before they buy. So it'll be a few weeks before you get it. I hope this helps.
