Zulily is the best online shopping application where you can get name brands best sales so far, have been shopping with zulily for almost two years, and have also recommended it to friends who ask where I shop, but I think they should improve more on given customers coupon for the end of the year (Appreciation). I probably spend around $1000/year on Zulily. I have definitely received quite a few items I was happy with over the years, but it's about 50/50 and a lot of it just goes in the garbage. A lot of things show up looking nothing like the picture. They used to have a great return policy, but the last time I tried to return something, I got a note that said they were taking around $10 out of the amount I'd get back for shipping charges. I paid for shipping on the way here, would be paying for it on the way back and they were asking me to pay a third shipping charge. Ridiculous! I just tossed the item, which is probably what they were hoping. I used to order with confidence but have cut back significantly as I know it's a major gamble. The website's algorithms are terrible. Search function lacks capability.
I would like to be able to see all my orders! Older ones disappear. I do have some things I need to return!

I really like Zulily. They have several vendors that I like and their return policy works very well for me when I need it. Zulily is very responsive to their shopper's needs.
Love the variety of items featured! There are recognizable brands, as well as some new ones I'd never heard of but discovered thanks to Zulily. While there are some aspects that could use work (cost of shipping, the time it takes to receive items, refund policy on certain items, quality of items), all of these aspects are not hidden and so the consumer knows what they are getting themselves into when choosing to purchase through Zulily. I find that Zulily has been fair when items are no longer available or will not ship when expected, and they do their best to make customers happy when issues arise. I'm a long-time customer and the fact that I continue to shop via Zulily is a testament to their customer service.
The only thing stopping a 5 star review is inconsistency in clothing sizing. Quality is great, just need to know how to size each label and when in doubt size up.
Great variety of products and I love the uniqueness of the different vendors. Plus there's great variety of old standbys like coach. The only drawback is shipping is slow. Amazon has spoiled customers with super fast shipping and our expectations are high.
First time ordering. 4 out of the 5 items were ok. One item was much too large and also had a front pocket on sweatshirt sewn on crooked! I opted to return it. Only to get a USPS label that they want to charge me nearly $9 for. Excuse me? I'm pretty sure if I had went to my local post office, it would not have been $9! What a rip off, especially for something that was a mfg defect, the item was NLA on their site. It's like they are making money off you for shipping, TWICE!
