Items are cheap China made products and you don't receive the item pictured. The Item you receive looks the China seamstresses try to duplicate a clothing item from a picture but don't quite get it right. They have a restocking fee of $9. If you got the item on sale it is not worth sending back. I have deleted the zulily app from my phone and will NEVER order from them again.
I will never purchase from Zulily again. I purchased a pair of boots, size 10 and felt like a size 9. I requested a refund and they only wanted to provide a store credit. I explained to them that I needed my money back so that I can purchase from another company that sells true to size boots and they are only wanting to provide a store credit. That's wrong! They should not be selling stuff with false advertisement of sizes. That's bad business for the consumer. They highly not recommended. Find somewhere else to spend your money because this company will not refund you your hard earned money back.
I ordered an item on Black Friday. Originally a $125 item. Zulily had it on sale for $71.99. I was beyond excited as I had been watching the item and I compared it to other Black Friday prices and this was the best. They email me Christmas Day to say they cancelled my order because they couldn't fulfill it in the discussed time. I purchased it for my son's Birthday in March. When I contacted them, saying I did not wish to have it cancelled and was okay with the wait, they then said it was an inventory issue and offered me $10. So frustrated because I would have ordered it elsewhere on Black Friday for a better price. Now if I want the item I have to pay full price. Terrible customer service! Will never order from Zulily again- it is always something or some excuse. Shameful they can't stand behind their company and products.
I shopped at zulily for years and I never returned an item, I had an issue with an item last year and they never fixed it, I still have them a chance until I bought a watch for 340$ and as soon as it arrived I saw it wasn't functioning at all, I called in, they refused to return or exchange, they asked me to contact citizen warranty (noting that the watch was brand new) and when I called citizen, they assured me that they cannot cover anything that is not bought from a citizen dealer, I even asked zulily for a sales slip as they request and they never even provided that. They sent me the warranty that I can look up online. The manager itself hang up on me and customer service didn't communicate with me because they don't care about their clients. I just wasted 340$ That I worked very hard to make because I trusted this company.
Never fall for them, go buy your stuff for the same price and cheaper somewhere else. Better than regretting it later.

Haven't ordered from Zulily in a few years, but remembered to size up big time. I ordered a bulky fashionable cardigan sweater in size XXL, I am a size medium. It fits just fine however the beige knit sweater was full of dark pills and soiled in the front and had a chemical odor to it. Nothing that I can't fix, so will be keeping it as you have to sell your first born to return for refund. Naturally MADE IN CHINA. Ordering through Zulily is a crap shoot.
Have run into issues with their return policies. Don't feel they are always fair. Plus I feel you should receive a credit not a credit for next purchase... totally unfair. Also beware of free shipping offers... they did not apply on certain items that I was not aware of and was not given a total refund for that
Good prices, good customer service. They make things right if there is a problem. I have bought clothes and other home items and am happy with all of them.
I love the finds on Zulily. I like that I can order something that I will not see everybody else wearing. The only drawback is the shipping that you have to pay on a return. This makes me a bit more cautious when ordering. I find brands that I really like and trust. Keep them coming.
I have placed 9 orders in 2019, 12 in 2018, 9 in 2017. My biggest complaint is that some of the products do not match the pictures ( i. E 'Khaki Dot Raw-Hem Boatneck Top $34.99.') SO disappointed when I opened this! In the past, the return policy was much more customer friendly. Now, I am stuck with some items that aren't worth the cost of returning. For example, if I want to return just 1 item it is an $8.95 charge. I understand if more items are returned, the higher the cost. But for just 1? Then I receive Zulily Credit for the balance minus the $8.95. It is not worth the hassle and the credit is not as well. I wanted to return the Navy & Green Floral Patchwork Button-Up (order # *******316 $19.99). How about for 1 item just charge the original shipping cost? Or offer some kind of perk for being a loyal customer? Also I have noticed the wait time for delivery has been much longer than in the past. I realize it might have something to do with where the product is coming from geographically. I ask that this please be better highlighted in your item description. It's too easy to miss that short disclaimer on the page. I am not ordering any more clothing items from Zulily until hopefully things improve. I am confident that they will as I have always had great Customer Service. Thank you.
Pros: GREAT and unique selection of items, especially when it comes to clothes, toys/games, and home items. They have a great deal of name brands and ability to "favorite" those brands so you know when they return. Overall, some great deals on price as well... even if you have to pay shipping. (Tip, order on Friday and then you get free shipping on any addl purchases through Sunday evening). Most of the time, their customer service is great and easy to work with if there's a problem. If they still have a product in stock, they will send a replacement. If not, they will offer ability to return/refund... either back to method of payment or store credit and usually give you a bit extra store credit for the inconvenience. Cons: it's a daily deal site so items and prices are always changing. If there's an issue with an item, they may not be able to get you a replacement. And unfortunately, quality assurance and careful packaging are hit/miss. I've received some items well packed, others where fragile items are just thrown loose in box. I've also received incorrect sizes of items I've ordered. But most of the time they do alright. Shipping usually takes a really long time unless you're willing to pay extra. Some items on lesser known brands even ship internationally. (Someone wrote review on Chinese knockoffs... I bought/received an item from China and though I ended up returning it, it was well made... most clothes are made there anyway... I don't believe they're in any way counterfeit, etc.) In terms of brands and quality of items... try to stick to the better known ones or ones where you can look up reviews on Amazon. While they have some really great name brands, they also have some generic ones where quality is lacking. But overall, I've been very happy with the deals and items I've been able to get there and will continue being loyal customer.
Really, my only complaint is the packaging. Usually order several things at a time, and sometime products are not sufficiently protected. Also, single items arrive in over sized boxes. Shipping is a little high, especially on single items. But I am unable to get out and shop, so sometimes I have to pay the price. Customer service is great however. Problems are treated with quick response.
I've got alot of Christmas gifts from here recently and haven't had a problem with anything, this is my go to shopping place
I am very pleased with my orders so far, I have no complaints with orders that I have received.

I do buy items from Zulily, but often am disappointed my the quality, but don't return items because I will have to pay shipping costs again! I tend to stick with known brands now. I do not enjoy the flashing ads nor do I appreciate ads sprinkled throughout. I liked it better when each daily deal was clearly labeled (rather than buried in some flashing, vaugely identified category.) I have limited shopping time and want to use it wisely. I probably would purchase more if things were clearly categorized and identified.
I really like the selection of items on your website. The thing I don't agree with is that you charge for shipping no matter what. I also don't agree with your return policy (can only be returned for store credit). Thank you for your time!
I find wonderful items at fantastic prices! I shop Zulily all year round and find so many great ideas and deals. I have done a lot of Christmas shopping on here and also for birthdays!

Answer: I have never ordered shoes from them but I agree that they likely vary according to brand. Contrary to other comments (that I am very suspicious of...) I have never waited a long time and the quality has always been as shown. There are so many rip-off sites out there and I suspect some hire people to post phony negative reviews on the 'good' sites. I do not recommend searching for cheaper products - you'll end up on a bogus, cheap site. I now research every site name and sift through comments - its exhausting but has saved me from spending money on sites that were not good.

Answer: It could be a week or it could be 3 months. But my advice would be not to order at all. The sizes are never right (a small may fit someone that wears a large or it may be too small for an infant) and the quality sucks (the fabric on a dress I bought is so thin you can see through 4 layers). STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!

Answer: Let me just put this out there. The people who bought things from Zulily (and are unhappy with their purchases), probably didn't research the brand before they bought it. Think of Zulily like Marshalls or TJMaxx. That's what Zulily is, in online form. I just bought a hoodie from them, and researched the brand before I bought it. The particular hoodie was being discontinued, so they were selling it very cheaply. I bought it, and it is the real deal, originally $89. So research the brand. And don't expect your purchase quickly. They wait until they have enough orders to bulk purchase (another reason why their prices are low), before they buy. So it'll be a few weeks before you get it. I hope this helps.
Answer: If you bought them from Zulily, you might see about making your granddaughters feet smaller. I'm sure that's easier than dealing with Zulily.
