I have scheduled a dr. appointment via zocdoc and ended up waiting for almost 4 hours! I was told by the receptionist and the nurse that they dont go by that, they go by first come first serve. I will mostlikely never use zocodc again.
Very easy and convenient to use. Use it avery time I need to make an appointment.
Zocdoc is a wonderful program so far. Great reminders about health and appointments. For those in the Medical field who use or are thinking of using, I have found this program very helpful. Goes without saying that patients will be well served.
This is the second time I have had the opportunity to comment. After my former bad experience, I spoke to an associate who was concerned about my experience.
I thought it would get better.
Instead it got worse. I made an appt. For about 3 weeks ahead for a physical with Dr Altstein. When I got there they had NO record of this appt. I had to book again for early May. Needless to say I will NEVER use ZOCDOC again. Twice bitten as they say. I will phone in my appts in future. An Amazon gift card does not do it.

I would be lost without ZocDoc! It automatically filters what is in my network as well as who is nearby. It also shows you tons of highly rated professionals. ZocDoc is a must-have for anyone living in the digital generation.
All my life, the dentist office represented pain discomfort and stress. I have never in my lifetime walked into an office such as Agape Dentist and been treated as a long time friend. It's so pleasant and everything about Dr. Massabni's business is genuinely a fun experience. It sounds crazy but after some of the dentists I've been to and the treatment I've received this time I enjoy going to the dentist. I have so much confidence in her office.
I love using ZOCDOC! I find that I don't put off going to the doctor when I can easily get online and make an appointment at my convenience. I hate calling the dr's office only to sit on hold for 10 min and then going through availabe appts with the staff that do not fit into my schedule. I find on zoddoc it eliminates all the stress involved in making a dr's appt. My only wish is that more doctor's would sign up with zocdoc.
I love it. I desided to schedule my appointment tonight and it is so good. I did not call nobody, I did not waiting with customers services. I very easy found and choose the time for my appointments. Very nice.
98% of the time I book an appointment, go to the doctor, and everything is smooth and fine and awesome... But a few times, a doctor hasn't been located in the location listed for months, they say they dont take my insurance even though ZocDoc has it listed that they do, and those are really the only complaints I have.
Generally, very good. But I think going through every 3 months and checking up on info to see if its accurate would be good.

With ZocDoc I found a great doctor in my area. The site also emails reminder's when your appointment is due. That was very convenient.
It was easy and made my appointment on line without speaking
To anyone. I got to the doctor's office and they were ready to take
Me at the time of the appointment.
I have used ZonDoc on 2 occasions for a similar situation. My first experience with the medical provider' assistant was great, but never saw the doctor. It was communicated to me that I needed surgery with no other choice, but I could not speak with the doctor unless a scheduled a surgical procedure and then only speak just before I went into surgery. I wrote a constructive tough review and ZonDoc reached out to me immediately by phone and email. Your customer service staff was appalled that a medical provider acted this way. I felt that someone cared and was concerned about a ZonDoc's business practices. Made an appointment via ZonDoc with another provider in a different city and all went well. As I find myself in different cities at times. ZonDoc is my go to resource. Thank you ZonDoc
I really have problems getting in the system. Each time i have had to call for assistance. Still cant log in alone. Dont know why.

I was skeptical about ZOC DOC when my husband first introduced me to it. I thought it was a gimmick. Wow... was I wrong. Both my husband and I are now totally dependent on Zoc Doc -- kind of like a medical personal assistant. Great service!

I went to new dentist found through ZocDoc. Insurance company was closed because of time zone difference (they were on central time, I live in pacific time). Dentist gave consultation and agreed that tooth could be pulled with no problem. I agreed to free x-rays and only $180 for tooth extraction. Paid the dentist and got service done. Insurance bill came and I found out that they still filed a claim for x-rays & the work done. I called insurance company and they said I should get a refund for the money I paid. Still waiting for refund, but not hopeful.

I think it's a very convenient site. I hate waiting to be seen by a doctor because I must first fill out all of those forms. I like I can do that ahead of time. I also like that I don't have to make any phone calls to book an appointment. The site finds which doctor accept my insurance and the times that are available for me to be seen.
I had a wonderful experience using ZocDoc. I found it very easy to use and I like the reminders they send to help track of my appointments. ZocDoc allows me to schedule my appointments at my convenience. Thank you!
