I really like how it makes it easy to peruse my options for doctors and reminds me when I make an appointment
No counselors on Zoc Doc. Only Psychiatrists that prescribe meds. If I am wrong then Zoc Doc does not help to make it clear. I wanted to find someone to just talk to, but could not assess the options adequately. Other than that the site has been helpful in finding various nearby doctors and the times that are available.
I was very excited when I found ZocDoc. The ability to find doctors covered by my insurance, read reviews from other patients, and book an appointment while comparing my calendar sounded amazing. Unfortunately, every appointment was canceled before I arrived completely defeating the purpose of utilizing the system. My final straw was when I arrived for an appointment and the office had NO idea I was coming.

I've been able to find new doctors, organize my appointments, and centralize all my medical visits in one location. I love it!
Zoc Doc has been a great way to keep track of my appointments and health activities. They provide great follow-up and it is very easy to use.
I have used zocdoc on several occasions and have found amazing doctors affiliated with excellent hospitals. I highly recommend the site
I feel that I am being pestered. It only takes once and I get the message. I'd prefer to fill out the paperwork just ONCE rather than for each appointment. You certainly can save data from the first session versus asking for it each time. My name, date of birth, SSAN, allergies, diseases, person to call in an emergency have NOT changed.
Oh gosh, Steve! We certainly don't mean to pester. Any past information you've submitted via our Check-In feature will indeed be saved in your account. If you'd like to submit these forms to a new provider, all you need to do is review your saved information and fill in any additional questions you haven't answered in the past. (Questions may vary, depending on the provider and specialty!)

Able to find a great dermatologist that could see me in 1 week, not 4 months like I was scheduled through large hospital dermatologists
This site is easy to access and can make appointment in minutes no more waiting on the phone and filling papers. Trusted website to find a good Doc with good rating. Super satisfied.
Everything was great! They got me in when there was no opening since I was feeling extra bad and the weekend was coming.
Really useful to already know if MDs take my insurance. And then I can book appointment online at my convenience (don't need to remember to call during office hours). I tried a brand new opthamologist via this service when I had an eye injury and was able to get in quickly to a good doctor. Very happy.
I love being able to find doctors and specialist or whatever i need and being able to set up apts. With my primary care doctor on here you guys are the best thanks so much! And the best of all no phone calls no wasting time thanks ZocDoc!
It is one thing to hear about how great a company/service is, what an amazing culture they have, etc... But it is a true testement when, as a customer, you actually feel like you are a part of something great. I've worked in customer service and hospitality for as long as I can remember, and I can say with utmost confidence that Zoc Doc has nailed their customer experience division. I look so forward to watching this company excel and can only hope that with major growth, they continue to serve their customers and maintain their wonderful company culture in a positive way. Very pleased w/ ZocDoc. Dermatologist listed was close to where I live, was able to get an appointment in a couple of days, and liked person (PA) who listened to and observed my symptoms. Problems I was experiencing are/were resolved.
I never did see the dermatologist. I did see his nurse practitioner. Christine Edwards is very competent and into her job. I had a few things I need to be removed and I just kept putting it off. She did just fine at putting me at ease and doing the freezing of all my blemishes.
Christine told me I had really good skin for a 65 year old man. I said thank you. Then thought hey! Is that good or bad? I think it was good for a 65 year old man too?
ZocDoc has helped me find some really wonderful doctors. I like that I'm able to read the Dr."s bios, and also that SocDoc finds the nearby doctors that take my medical insurance, which in my case is Medicare. I was able to find a specialist to help me with my Hep C, and get me on a program that just might cure it! It's looking good. And the Doctor is just as happy about it as I am. The site is extremely easy to use. Thank you ZocDoc. I'ss use you whenever I need a doctor, and also I recommend you to everyone!
I scheduled my appt thru zocdoc and received a reminder email but when i went for my appt the doctors office was closed. The receptionist said they are closed Fridays after 12, my appt was 1:30 so I wasted my time off from work.

I found the app easy to use, great service in finding appointments I otherwise would have to spend more time making. However, the app doesn't allow users to leave bad feedback about zocdoc doctors. We had a pretty negative experience with a doctor and when I tried leaving honest feedback, the app wouldn't let me save the feedback. Like 1 star for waiting (we waited for over an 1.5 in a pediatrician's office.) or the diagnosis was wrong (another 1 star)... Zocdoc would not accept the review.
