I bought an Estim machine on April 17,2019 and I called today due to it not ever coming and Derrick states that it has been on back order and they have had no communication from Manufacturer- later in the conversation he said that they have gotten notices that it is 2 weeks back ordered- but have never contacted me to let me know- funny hpow the story changes to fit their narative
I purchased a difficult-to-find product, at a more affordable price than competitors. It arrived promptly, well packaged, and as described. Also, received complementary M&M's! Used online promo code for a price discount. Very reasonable shipping rates. Prompt order confirmation, followed by fulfillment email with tracking info. I have not been "flooded" with advertising emails, as with other companies. Always a good thing! Healthy You is a great business, and I highly recommend it!
I was able to purchase something for much less than from other durable medical suppliers. Shipping was free and very quick.
At Healthy You, I can quickly find the therapy item I need and pay with PayPal at a price I can afford. They send it out right away so l receive it on time. It seems simple, but few with an online presence can rival this company's service which is why I am a repeat customer!
When choosing a shipping option I was given the option of picking up in store for free but nowhere on the site would it tell me the address of the store so I chose the cheapest shipping which was 2 to 5 business days. It took about twice that long to arrive but the product is great and I'm really enjoying it. Now that I know where the store is when I order next time I will just pick it up when I am in town.
(Bonus! It came with a packet of M&Ms which is adorable)
