I was able to find a primary care provider and compare her available appointments to my schedule. I was amazed at how easy it was to use this sight. I was able to meet my new doc (whom I already love!) and scheduled my appt for the very next morning. Where was this sight before?! I absolutely give you 5 stars! Thank you for making my life much easier.

I was terrible sick with flu and had the worst experience with ZocDoc. I rarely get sick and did not have a PCP though have a good PPO health insurance. Call the doctor and found out they accept my insurance, got there and they told... we do not accept your insurance, call my insurance company and was informed they should have accepted it... My advice: If you are sick, don't go ZocDoc. Even better, have a PCP who knows you and helps you when sick.

I am in love with ZocDoc from the very first moment of contact. I was searching for a new GP and Endochrinologist and this new vehicle POP UP. What an idea. It's better than Face Book for your health. I found the category of docs, read their stats and location and made my choice. Both docs that I decided to go with have been "Wonderful" understanding, compassionate docs. Finding the time slots from their schedule is a stroke of genius and putting your name in the blanks. I am 100% satisfied. One thing here recently I've seen where you need to be careful on your end in putting the right category of docs under the correct heading. I didn't have that experience at first. Just be careful you have a gem.

Makes it easy to find a doctor/dentist/etc in a new town and book appointments online. I really like the certified patient reviews, they gave me a lot more confidence in making an informed choice.

I went to Apex Dental in Chalfont. Initially everything went well. I paid my bill after each visit as that was expected. They informed of the cost before any work was done. However on my last visit, which occurred in January, they told me that it would cost $200 to have my teeth cleaned. After the procedure, they informed me that the cost was $400.00. The reason they gave was the job was harder than they expected. I complained that if they told me before they started I would have left. I told them I couldn't afford the $400, so they said I would have until February to pay the bill, if I put it on a credit card. As soon as I left, they charged the credit card. I found this out when I received my February statement.
