Made an appt with my doctor on your site. Got there, no appt. Did not transfer to their computers. Waited for 1 hr to get squeezed in. Disappointed and angry!

I needed to make an out of state appointment with my doctor. I jumped online, went to ZocDoc and booked my appointment for the time and date needed. It was fast and easy to book and at the same time I was able to update my paperwork for the doctor. I received a follow up email and had nothing else to deal with when I arrived for my appointment.

I am very happy with ZocDoc! It is so easy to make appointments, finding doctors and specialists without all the hassles and frustrations! Love it!

I need a little more structure in my life and the providers often cancel last minute on me

I like Zocdoc because you don't have to be calling doctors and checking with them appointments available. Zocdoc gives you the chance to check what appointments they have available.

Overall good. This was my first visit, seem to be very courteous and knowledgeable.

I was looking for a neck pain doctor and you recommended someone. It worked out perfectly because the doctor's office is closer to my job and most of all I like his services.

I was using Zoc Doc for a while before a lot of my other providers new about it and I love the fact that I can make appointment on my own at my convenience. They have so many specialties and doctors to choose from and I don't have to search around because it's all in one place.

An appointment is just a click away! This app was the first step in saving my husbands life!

I think the overall concept and even app etc are well done and work pretty well, however I think that there are so many more doctors in my area that are not on zocdoc that makes almost not worth using. That having been said those that do use it, are a pleasure to deal with as far as my personal experiences have gone thus far.

ZocDoc us a very informative site. I found a few doctors on this site. There are profile pictures of doctors posted with reviews from their patients on it. The patients also rate the doctors bed side manner and if doctor took time to speak with them about the issue at hand.

Finding doc zoc has been a blessing, not only for booking appointments but also in finding specialised doctors!
